Writing this review ONLY because I was struck off-guard by the unexpected. Drive through order… from the first window, young gentleman took payment and said “be safe.” Nice, and different, but I didn’t catch on yet. 2nd window, young lady handed me my beverage and politely explained they were still waiting on my sandwich and nicely asked me to pull around, nice genuine smile and said “have a good night.” Only waited in the lane for a minute and food came out. She had a couple orders in her hand but extended my order and sweetly said, this one is yours, smiled and said “enjoy your evening.” It made my night to see a few kids working a job so often taken for granted take pride in customer service… at a McDonalds! Keep it up! A smile goes a LONG way!

i ordered on the app for drive thru 30 minutes before they ended dinner food and i got there 10 minutes b3fore dinner food was over and was told the registers down so we cant do that order yet so i wait 20 minutes to be told the orders cancelled terrible service for both the people not telling me itd be cancelled and making me wait 20 minutes and for the app not twlling me it was cancelled at any point

After the football game I wanted to pick up a hot and ready for me and my 5 year old son and I gave him a choice of Little Caesars or McDonald's
he chose McDonald's I figured I would get a couple of mc doubles for four bucks. found out they had Monopoly game going and said oh I'll get a large fries to get the Monopoly game peace ended up ordering two Monopoly game pieces two large fries. Two large fries two McDoubles and a small smoothie $18 and change went through the drive-thru picked up the food realize it didn't have game pieces on the french fries containers went back around not wanting to they're like oh we're out I'm like what!! was the only reason why I ordered large fries will give you a couple cups but have the game pieces on them how lame I could have gotten free French fries with the app, but of course I'm driving so I can't play with my app stupid McDonald's app. McDonald's has fallen off to the next to nothing it would have been probably the same amount going to Culver's and their burgers are so much better avoid any McDonald's at all costs falling apart since I was a kid every time I eat McDonald's I feel sick I will teach my 5 year old how bad the food is for his health

We went to this McDonalds on Saturday night. There was nobody in line when we first pulled up to the drive thru. We told them we have 3 mobile order and the lady speaking on the speaker said they only could do one. We asked what are we suppose to do drive around 3 times? She rudely said yes. We gave her our first code, then waiting ten minutes for our first order. We drove back around and by this time there was like 5 cars in line. We told them we have 2 orders the now man on the headset said they can only take one of them. We said why we are not coming back around again. He said they are busy and are only aloud to take one at a time. We refused that and gave him both codes. We were then rudely handed all of our food out the window and upon pulling away we had found that we had half filled Large Fries and food just slapped together in the bags. Nobody is forcing any of you guys to work midnights at a McDonalds. This was uncalled for the service we received from the employees and the thrown together food and half filled fries we received.

I THINK the sandwiches were fairly fresh, but I asked for a slice of lemon for the large iced tea, and asked for it on the side. (I KNOW they don't properly wash lemons in fast food places). Good thing I did. I was told next time there is an up- charge for lemon, and then I looked at the one I received. It was old, brown, borderline slimy and should have been discarded. My iced tea? Also old, and cloudy. Last time I'll rely on THAT McDonalds. I only gave 2 stars for the young person who was taking the money at the window. He was pleasant and courteous.

Complaint:
I arrived at your location on Wednesday, August 27th at 8:50 PM. I placed my order at the kiosk, then briefly used the restroom. When I returned, my order was still not ready—understandable at first. However, after waiting about seven minutes, the screen indicated my order (#658) was “now serving” and no longer “preparing.”

During this time, an off-duty employee arrived with his brother. They began talking with another employee named Alex. I personally witnessed the brother place his order at the counter after I had already been waiting. Despite this, his order was prepared and served before mine.

This isn’t a matter of an online order being placed earlier—I watched the transaction happen in real time. Somehow, a personal acquaintance of the staff had their food prioritized ahead of a paying customer who had already been waiting.

That’s not just bad service—it’s unprofessional and shows complete disregard for customers. If this is considered acceptable customer service, it reflects poorly on the entire store.
