Erin was very polite doing a great job helping me using the kiosk quick & helping his other teammates also brought the food to our table with a nice smile & asked if everything was good & it was !!!

Waited 15 minutes for chicken nuggets and everyone was rude. And didn't get my order right anyway but I wasn't about to wait another fifteen for the correct order. But people want to get paid $20 a hour to not do their job right lmao

They took the time to scam me. I placed an order on the mobile app. I get to the window and I put my hand out for my receipt. I’ve been doing this forever. Corbin said I didn’t pay. I asked how not? I gave you my code and I watched myself pay on the app. She stated even though sometimes my payment form is there but it doesn’t go through. I told her I never had that problem before. I pay anyways. I get my receipt and it’s NOTHING that I ordered. Employee at second window handed me my correct food. She tells me the food I paid for was for the car behind me. They knew they were wrong and took the receipt for the food I paid for at the window and my debit card and processed a refund. I get home and my bank account says I was charged a third time. ALL THREE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. I had to call McDonald’s and they don’t see that third charge. Had to call my bank and dispute. ALL BECAUSE THEY HAVE CRAPPY EMPLOYEES. Why are you trying to scam your customers? YES I LEFT A FEEDBACK AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR STUFF I DIDN’T PURCHASE. MAKE IT RIGHT! THANK YOU!!!

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s location around. Used to go to the one on elezibeth lk road every morning for breakfast and they had AMAZING service I have only been disappointed at this location. When it takes over 5 minutes to even take an order at a drive through speaker when there is NO ONE else in line. Kind of pathetic. But then again maybe not the people working fault but management for leaving what looked to be 2 people under 21 to run the entire establishment. Do better honestly pathetic

Cops called and was trespassed for telling the manager they need to run training exercises on their employees. Just got off work after a long shift stopped at this location on my way home to grab some food and head home. Well I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes ok whatever that’s cool. Then a woman says we will be right with you. I replied ok no problem. Two cars roll up to the other drive thru and get service right away. Ok then I said screw or I will just go inside and use the kiosk so I didn’t have to talk to anyone. Ordered chicken nugget meal lg with lg soda and a cheeseburger. Food came up I asked to speak with a manager and the gentleman said I’m a manager on duty how can I help you. I replied with the senecio and he said I’m sorry about that what can I get or do for you. I politely declined and said just give your employees a training exercise on how to operate the drive thru. This lady DISTRICT Manager yells at me for 2 feet away to exit her store now or I will call the cops and have you trespassed. I have done nothing wrong for 4 Waterford police to show up and have this woman come outside to trespass me. I called corporate and spoke to the HR department this is being investigated. That district manager lady with all the tattoos and bad attitude needs a new career and learn how to treat people. I’m appalled with how this woman acted as the face of this company. Can not wait to see the out come of this woman’s actions. People should be held accountable for how they treat and act. Never again will I ever take my hard earned money to this location again. I am trespassed for absolutely nothing at all.

Dont use your rewards code or anything like that that auto uses your card. I came by late at night and they didnt have shakes so i left after giving them my code. I saw a notification and they bought a snack wrap using my card instead of clearing it from their system! I came back and they immeafiately knew it was me when i asked about it so i think one of they employees did it. 🤔

I mean, it's McDonald's and they do it mostly as perfect as you're going to get it at this particular one from what i can tell. I only have been in the late evening hours but even pm the weekend with a line, they keep things moving and with everything you ordered how you ordered it.

Edit: I drove back out there and they remade all the food and it was made well. They even refunded me. They made up for it so I am satisfied 🙏

Original: Ordered extra onions and pickles. They put zero onion to below the normal amount of onion. One of my burgers had one slice of pickle and zero onions.

Why is this the only McDonald’s who stops selling fries and several other items like McDoubles etc on DoorDash after like 3/4 pm?? Makes no sense. You know much money y’all losing out on all because the lazy workers there don’t want to make them. 3/4 pm?? So early!!!
