20% of 15 dollars is 3 bucks, not a dollar. Manager tried to tell me that the dollar taken off was the 20%. Then was missing my filet o fish, AGAIN. I checked order this time after my last experience, brought this to their attention and got crap for asking for the rest of my order. This is all AFTER having a completely wrong order Sunday night. I ordered a filet of fish, McChicken with cheese and a medium fry. I get home to discover 2 big macs and 2 sides of ranch. Decided to just power through the big macs but the sauce was so overwhelming it wasn't even edible. Usually this location is great but after the last two visits and how the managers acted I'll take the extra drive to go to other locations.

I ordered specifics on my my burgers like for example extra pickles and I get one pickle in the dead center ok haha on me I was gonna just leave it be then as I'm eating my burgers they are cold and the fries were wetter than prom night. Very gross won't be back

Whoever was the manager (female) on October 20th seems like she couldn't handle the job because her stressed out attitude made her seem annoyed with me even talking to her and all I ordered was a snack wrap... Whoever she is, you should tell her she should take meds because it would make her more cheerful and able to listen to the customers because she didn't even hear what I was saying because she was too stressed out.

Service here has always been memorable and good. The playplace is a huge draw for us as it is spacious and children of all age are not terrified to travel as there are not tube but better openings and we'll lit areas.

Picked up my share of orders here and there are some employees that have an attitude just for asking questions. I understand life can be stressful but what warrants you to talk nasty to others when they have done nothing to you? If you get upset by human interaction so easily maybe a different job with less customer interaction would help.

On sunday March 2 2025 around 8:50pm the employee at the window refused me service because I ordered 4 meals ended up going elsewhere and Evan got served in half the time until they figure out their staffing issues I would recommend spending money elsewhere
My daughter and I stop here every few weeks or so for "fast food day". Food is almost always fresh and hot, but the employees often have very blank affects or just seem like they're dead inside. I always want to ask them if they're okay 🫤 When they hand me the food at the drive-thru and I say thanks, many of them have absolutely no response.

I went to this McDonald’s location at about 7:44 with my fiancee and our friend and about 7:48 my fiancee and I was going to sit and wait for our friend at the section that is where the bathroom at and there was this lady who was mopping was extremely rude and disrespectful literally told my fiancee and I that the section we was going to sit is closed and we needed to find else where to sit and she started shaken her head like she was upset with us for even going in that section to sit down and eat and wait on our friend to get his food there was a wet floor sign but my fiancee and I thought that section was already been moped

The last few French fries I ordered (large) it seemed like there was a small fry amount of fries in a large box, the store is cutting costs in my opinion and customers are paying higher prices for much less. Bad McDonald’s I think.
