Sat in the drive through and waited and waited and waited and waited some more!! Could not wait anymore, l left. End of story. Not sure what's going on with this place, but service has gotten worse and slower. A lot of these restaurants and fast food places just suck nowadays. Food wasn't that great last time I went. They try to skimp on the meats when you get a sandwich. Most times you just get a lot of bread and the rest is air. Had cheddar broccoli soup last visit, turned my stomach. Will not be back! Some of these reviews on here I question. Be honest people, don't give a review unless you're going to be straight up and tell the truth!! Also prices are outrageous!!
My major qualm is how incredibly slow the drive thru is. You’re sometimes waiting 20+ minutes just to get up to the window. Holy cow!

If you haven’t been robbed in Waterford yet, do not let Panera be the first to. Absolutely criminal prices for greasy garbage. Sandwiches are 90% bread, and it’s the crusty hard kind you’ll break a tooth on.

I got into a major argument with a manager over the way my quart of soup was packaged. I and a previous order here for a quart of soup that was not secured in the bag and it busted over when trying to get ot out at home. I was scalded and the soup went everywhere. The manager argued with me that that they is the way they will be doing it and not securing it in a larger bag with a cardboard holder to keep it from spilling. This argument got heated in front of the other customers and this manger then threatened to kick me out instead of admitting they have an issue with packaging. The district manager later called and only counseled this manager and took down my comments about packaging. Someone will get burned in the future and sue them,. This manager escalated a situation in front of a store filled with customers and made for a hostile atmosphere. He has yet to apologize.I am now going to Zoup and never again coming back to Panara after spending hundreds the past 3 years at stores all over the country. This is the only Panara where I felt the hostility towards the customers by this one manager.

Food was warm and tasted great. The price though? Not so much. 6.79 or something for a cup of mac n cheese (cheapest thing they offered for it) doesn’t make sense to me bc it should be $3 or less. Still, it’s good. 3-4 out of 5

How are you going to be out of literally every type of bread down to bagels, when bread is in your name?? Tried making a decent pick 2 with 0 sandwiches available but left after it turned out to be $15 for a half salad and cup of soup. Employees refused to come out front and answer whether they’d slice the 2-3 giant loaves on the rack, choosing to cut up with their friends in the back… yikes, Panera is really going downhill overall and this location shows that well.

Disgusted after my experience with Bryan the “manager”. I had an issue with my delivery order. It was dropped off on a curb somewhere. I called panera and the manager was rude the entire phone call and then hung up in my face! I called the location back because i was so surprised by the encounter and the same “manager” Bryan answered and i asked him if he seriously just hung up in my face and he replied yes. Amazing manager skills should definitely keep this guy on the team! I will never be returning to a Panera again! DISGUSTING. This location is a joke. They mess everything up, miss something in your order, or just don't give a crap about their customers. Save your money!!! Panera is over priced and rude!

Ordered for a group of 6-8 people. None of the sandwiches were marked on the label what type they were even though there is a place for it. I tried the new toasted veggie caprese and there was literally nothing but a slice of tomato, a piece of lettuce on it with the sauce. Not worth the price. Won't order again.

This panera is right by our house and we like the food...when it's correct. Almost every time we order something, we go pick it up and lo and behold there is either wrong food or food missing. I just picked up a cup of potato soup, got home and it's broccoli soup in the bag. Why is it so hard to get an order right at this location?!
