Ok. I like Panera. However, my drive thru and delivery orders are NEVER correct. Missing items. They’ve always replaced the missing items but it happens way too much. Including tonight. And. There was no salad dressing for my wife’s salad. So. I’m done. Way too costly to not get correct.

After waiting for over 15 min our food was not only cold the bread on one of our sandwiches was rock hard, a item ordered from the menu that was supposed to be as pictured and described as on a crossaint was also on bread. The Souffle which I order regularly from many other locations was not only cold but tasted raw. Plus no milk so we were unable to buy any drinks. What a waste of time and disappointment on inedible food.

Cashier stopped working on my order of a dozen bagels to take a 3-person order that came up after me, making me wait for my order but they didn't have to wait at all. There wasn't even a line. Not very professional.

Great place to eat and love the mac'n cheese bread bowls, but I was there a couple days ago and had an employee making fun of me for praying by doing a fake chant and laughing. Wasn't cool this needs addressing because you don't want me to.
The bathroom sink in this place is worse than any automatic sink you have ever used. It runs for 4 seconds. The paper towel offer just a few inches of paper towel.

WORST customer service ever!!! I just spent 10 minutes in the drive through line waiting for a cup of soup. There were no cars ahead of me. I had to call to get them moving. There was a line of several cars behind me. This is ridiculous!
