I have never had a bad experience walking in this store. Everyone is always so kind, happy, and welcoming. They always get the online order accurate when asking for a pizza with no sauce. It's appreciate more than you know when feeding a picky child.

Stopped in for two personal pizza boxes for Grandma, and the experience was pleasant overall. The store was busy, but the atmosphere was still warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and quick, and Grandma loved the pizzas (though I couldn’t try them myself).
If you’re looking for fast, reliable pizza and good service, I’d recommend this Pizza Hut. They’ve got friendly staff and great deals!

We ordered tavern style, because it’s the only way this place tastes edible. I had tavern style checked off, but it went through as hand-tossed. Great computer system.

Pizza details are a little sketchy, maybe better attention to detail. Best breadsticks and sauce around, but stop with the teenie-weenie little cups of sauce then bullying customers for another cup for $1. You all know at PH that you need 2 cups of sauce for 5 sticks. Finally, please, please find better packaging. Your pizza boxes are the worse and food comes in soggy and unappealing. Take not from other companies. I hate your boxes. Be nice to Door Dash customers. Do it right for all.

The food wasn’t bad.. but their customer service is abysmal. I was double-charged for my order, and that was on Sunday…I called Monday, and their supervisor (?) took my information and said that the GM would call me, but she never got back to me. Now it’s Tuesday, I called again, and apparently the GM isn’t in until THURSDAY, so hopefully I could get it resolved then.
I figured I would contact their corporate customer support (mind you, I never go through all of this hassle when it comes to complaints, etc) and the best that they could tell me (after 10 minutes of giving them all of the order info, date, time, card #, etc) was that in 1-3 business days a “higher up” will get back with me.
All of this just to process a simple refund. Unacceptable service in this day and age.
