Haven't ordered from here in awhile, just never had a good experience. Some things never change. I called 5:33 on a Sunday evening a girl who introduced herself as Carmen answered the phone asked delivery or pick-up, I stated pickup she than let the phone sit there for 2 minutes before hanging up. Fair to say I went across the street to hungry howies to get pizza.

I cant believe how downhill this pizza hut has gone. To me and my wife pizza hut is our all time favorite. We used to eat at this one for years when we lived in waterford.
Since we moved we went past this one while staying at the pontiac state park and man it has changed.
Pizza was insanely dried up like it was old. Ordered and picked it up in 15mins.
Service was rude and hated us being there
Was triple charged by accident although it was refunded and apparently it was my fault.
Sadly this is why pizza hut is thinning out. Was once the best pizza hands down in America but stores are thinning out and the ones near are serving horrible pizza. The one near rochester hills is good and so is the one in warren...avoid this one

Ordered a medium super supreme pizza without the sausage add cheese side of marinara. Received a large super supreme with sausage n extra cheese side of marinara
I called up the Establishment, 2 guys directed the phone call to KEN. Ken said he will make it right, stop over anytime tomorrow to get a coupon for a pizza of the same size n value free cookies.
Pizza Hut has some amazing sausage. We just don't eat it.
Pizza is always good when your starving & humbled to be blessed. We picked off the meats & fed most of them to the dogs. We saved some for KEN unfortunately he didn't want it back. $25.96 large super supreme (8 slices)

I have never had a bad experience walking in this store. Everyone is always so kind, happy, and welcoming. They always get the online order accurate when asking for a pizza with no sauce. It's appreciate more than you know when feeding a picky child.

Stopped in for two personal pizza boxes for Grandma, and the experience was pleasant overall. The store was busy, but the atmosphere was still warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and quick, and Grandma loved the pizzas (though I couldn’t try them myself).
If you’re looking for fast, reliable pizza and good service, I’d recommend this Pizza Hut. They’ve got friendly staff and great deals!
