I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shark Club and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Hailey. From the moment we entered the restaurant, Hailey greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, setting the tone for a fantastic dining experience.Throughout our meal, Hailey was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. She expertly guided us through the menu, offering recommendations based on our preferences and answering any questions we had about the dishes.Not only was she incredibly efficient in taking our orders and ensuring our food arrived promptly, but she also took the time to check in on us regularly, ensuring our glasses were always filled and that we had everything we needed.What truly stood out was Hailey's genuine passion for providing excellent service. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her customers made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our visit.In addition to her outstanding service, the food at Shark Club was delicious, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming.

The service here was an absolute disgrace, all thanks to the incompetence and downright rudeness of our server, Hailey. My friend and I were treated like unwelcome intruders, forced to endure the discomfort of being placed to play pool near Hailey’s boyfriend and his friend, who was desperately clinging to her boyfriend's side like a lost puppy, despite him barely acknowledging her existence. Despite our simple request for a change in music, Hailey couldn't be bothered to lift a finger until her precious boyfriend's friend spoke up. And even then, she had the audacity to switch it back to her preferred genre moments later and came singing to her boyfriend’s table like she had won a prize. It was painfully obvious that she couldn't wait to get rid of us and kinda embarrassing on her part to be fair, as she practically threw the bill at us after a measly attempt at servicing us, we left a good tip(30% hoping to coax a decent recommendation out of her despite us being treated like garbage). Let’s not even go down the road of her pathetic excuse for a recommendation for another spot – clearly, her poor taste extends far beyond just music selection and jealously is unwarranted. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like dirt by entitled servers who are too insecure to have their men out in public.

Had a great night, came on a Wednesday and it was busy but not crowded. There was about a 15 minute wait for a pool table. Table/Drink service was pretty slow for being a slower day, but that's really the only complaint I had. Food was good and hot, good sandwiches and burgers, fries were just ok. All in all, we had a great night, Sharks club has my recommendation. ??

The food is good, decent for the most part. I wouldn’t say stellar. Things happen but the waitress I had seemed to pride herself when she took our order, of not writing anything down. She ended up forgetting the appetizer I had placed early on. What seemed like long periods of time she’d disappear and eventually, magically, show up. When she wasn’t standing around, she was busy busing drinks over to the billiard table area. That seemed to be more of a priority to her than remembering our complete order. At one point had to snag another waitstaff individual to explain not receiving the long awaited appetizer, to remove it from our bill. She sorta shrugged her shoulders, acknowledged my request and motored on like she was catching a flight to the airport. The hamburger I ordered was supposed to be well done, it didn’t exactly show up that way. With the restaurant being a giant open air room with the pool table area, it gets loud. And it did. It’s not a favorite place to eat in the Waterford area. For me, anyway. One of the other waitresses, not sure if she was auditioning for a swimsuit competition or what. She waited on some people at an adjoining table. She had on this cutesy black spandex pants number exposing a huge midriff area, revealing way more of herself than just her belly button. I thought she looked like a clown had come to town and the traveling road show had already left without her. I really don’t recommend this establishment, it’s overrated in my opinion. Save your money and go somewhere more inviting and more menu selections to choose from. You’ll be glad you did.
