I don’t exactly know what is going on at this establishment. I have never heard of it yet I’ve lived here my whole life. I feel bad leaving a bad review for a small establishment, but I am so confused as to what’s happening. The food I recieved today looks like I could have made it at home. My BLT sandwich was so small for over 6 dollars. Customer service was fantastic I must say. The “roast beef” is definitely pastrami… the “provolone” was Swiss…I want to support this business but after today I just don’t think I can. Inside looks so dingy it made me question what my food was going to look like and it definitely checks out.

the food was wonderful, the staff is nice, and besides some good music it's nice and quiet in there but you never feel like you're being too loud. only issue is it's a small place in a shared building so it's a little hard to find on the side of the road and we accidentally drove by it on the way there.

First time here to this little gem. The cook used to run an old local well known restaurant that had burned down but kept the food quality with them. Great soup selection and the sandwiches are not your typical sandwich. Great quality ingredients and the bread is wonderful! Can't wait to go back!
Excellent small restaurant close to home! owner/cook stopped by to say “hello”. i came with out of town familyone had diet restrictions and the cook accommodated our requests. Thank You Soup n Sands

I love Soopz and Sanz! From the staff to the food one of my favorite places! They have healthy alternatives everything is so fresh and the prices are reasonable. I love their Caesar Salad with ranch dressing literally the best around! And the shrimp island soup, AMAZING!!!! Give them a try !!!
