(12:10pm 5/12/25) My drink was good but the attitudes are horrible here. I’m new to the area and was so excited to have a Starbucks close-only to be met w terrible dispositions. Normally, everyone is so nice even if your service isn’t good at Starbucks. The main person taking drive thru orders is rushing you through your order, “is that all?”, and very monotone. Get to the drive thru and wasn’t even greeted at all. Just waiting. then, “$12.08” after two minutes of solid waiting with zero acknowledgement. Meanwhile, in the background, sarcasm from the brunette making the drinks, foam flying everywhere, “oh yeah why not my life sucks” in response to a customers order change (proceeds to slam everything she’s using). it was the most uncomfortable Starbucks visit i’ve ever had and i’m an HUGE sb person. it wasn’t super busy honestly I was the only person in line at first then someone was behind me. idk what other orders they had though. can only speak on the drive-thru. just zero excuses for the demeanor. if you’re that unhappy then prob best to find a new job. I would honestly drive to Clarkston to avoid that encounter again.

We went through the drive through and I ordered a hot venti pumpkin cream chai latte with oatmilk. I was given an ICED pumpkin cream chai with oatmilk which is not what I wanted on a cold fall morning, I sent my boyfriend into the store to have them remake it and he came out with a hot grande pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk. I then went in myself and told them what I ordered and what happened and handed them the drink. The young girl at the counter acted like she didnt understand a word I said and the older woman told her to give her the drink and put the drink into a venti cup and just added more milk. The woman then handed me a drink in a venti cup and I walked out frustrated and running very late. When I got to my car I realized they gave me a venti pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk, so I never even got the pumpkin cream chai latte with oatmilk that I wanted. When I tasted it I realized that if there was any espresso in it, it had been drowned out by the extra milk she put in to fill the larger cup. Super rude and incompetent service.

Starbucks Dungarvan. Absolutely filthy, so run down. A staff member yesterday refused me to use the bathroom because I did not purchase. He was so so rude. I am elderly and just wanted to use the facilities because the SC one was closed for cleaning. What had Ireland become? No respect! Please clean up this place not safe to eat here!!!

Iced Caramel Macchiato is tasty, as is the Chicken Jalapeño wrap. The service gets an extra star though! One of the staff was extra helpful with assisting me by carrying out the pup cups 😁🫶

Worst experience. Had to cancel my order after waiting 20 minutes. The blonde working at 12pm started a fight with a customer calling her an idiot. Drive far away from this location.

WOW! Bran and I just visited this store. I’ve never received such a wonderful interaction before. Andy with the cherub tattoo was the associate, they deserve a high amount of recognition and pay that reflects their Capabilities.
