I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt numerous times but ever since they moved across the street the service and drinks are awful. They never get my drink correct and it’s literally an iced black tea substitute strawberry base instead of water. They also charge $1 extra for that. It tastes watered down every time. I’m the type of person to just chug it and take the loss instead of complain because I get it they get busy. Today my sister picked up my order because it’s the only Starbucks between us. I live almost 30 minutes away. They added peach instead of strawberry to my tea so then I had to drive all the way up there with my baby and talk to a manager. Who also seemed annoyed when the employee said I would like to speak to a manager. Yeah they remade the drink but to a customer it’s a huge waste of time considering I do not live close. This Starbucks location seriously took a downfall when they moved and added a drive thru. They don’t have the staff to accommodate customers. I will go out of my way to go to a different Starbucks now. I will never recommend this location to anyone and advise people to not go here :)

I came in for a hot tea, Dalton gave me a much better recommendation than what I initially asked for, and I really appreciate that. Also love the old-school Starbucks feel, with lots of seating and a welcoming atmosphere. They even wrote my name on the cup, which has been lacking from several other locations I've visited.

They were talking about figuring out a location for a drive thru years ago from Kroger strip. This was THE WORST location. The traffic in the AM is backed up West bound ON M59. Entering and exiting is a nightmare and I had a FORTY minute wait for 2 coffees and 1 drink. NEVER waited that long at other location. It's just not worth it anymore.

First time visiting a Starbucks. They were abit put out with questions, (busy lunch time) and did not ask us how we wanted our coffee so we got it black and had to go back for cream. And a bit pricey..$15 with tip, small & med drinks with one brownie.
They were CRAZY busy today (like normal) but the employees are always friendly and it seems like the customers are always rude (quite unfortunate) I always place mobile orders and pick lobby as my pick up and listen to the customers giving the workers a hard time. The mobil order time is almost always exactly accurate. Ordered a Venti today and got a Trenta I assume for the wait ? thank you to all the hard working employees in there that get treated poorly by customers. The guy with the long curly hair / headband is always the best! Your hard work is not unnoticed!!

This is a great Starbucks, and I’ve always had great drinks here. However, the location is a huge problem. I have no idea why management decided to move the location from the plaza across the street next to the Kroger to where it is now.
It’s multiple accidents waiting to happen, it’s right on the corner of a very busy light, and the parking lot is incredibly small and is a mess. It does not connect to any other lot except for an even smaller parking lot/plaza. There’s no ability to turn left into that parking lot or turn left out of it, it’s just overall a very inconvenient location.
