Not receiving valid coupons just because the manager says so. Also time ago I ordered online and they had a broken oven so I had to take them cold, instead of offering a refund or something to compensate. Subway I general is getting worst unfortunately.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life with a fast food service restaurant. The young girl and her grandmother had the absolute worst attitudes and acted as if they were completely miserable being there to work. The old lady even swore in front of my 2 young children. Food was disgusting and bread was burnt. Will be contacting the real store manager even though the lady claimed she was it, along with the store owner. That place will be shut down fast with people working there like that.

We ordered for Christmas Eve at the subway in Clarkston Mi! The gal who took our order and made our order was just so nice! The subs were so good and a hit at my party! She had everything ready when we got there and was just super nice! I’m so bad for not remembering her name but she will make a great manager one day soon ! There are nice ppl out there and u can’t go wrong with Subways for parties!

I’m sure the 2 subs would have been good if they were made right earlier today. I ordered and edited them on line so she just had to read them, but missed items and must have thought extra sauce meant none making the steak teriyaki just dry meat and cheese as the onions and green peepers weren’t on there either?♀️

The food was good and the service was just lacking a little bit. They were busy and under staffed, but were getting through the orders pretty quickly.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance was easy to get through and the door swung open easily. Everything was spaced for easy wheelchair accessibility.

This is the 3rd time I've given this subway a try. The employees are always rude and they have slopped the sandwiches together every time, despite me even pre-tipping them when ordering for pickup on their website!
These guys just gave my niece's school $5000. God bless them! I will definitely be paying them a visit when I'm in the area.

Rude employee, has no personality at all. I ordered online... sub not ready when arrived, employee was making other subs while mine just sat there. Did not put extra sauce as requested, sloppy sandwiches. Definitely won't return to this location. He seemed to be in 20s maybe, short red/brown hair. **if you do not like your job change it!
