Placed a online order and my subs I ordered were fantastic. Everything from the bread to the sauce was evenly together just perfect.Thanks so much to the young lady who made my subs. Customer service was sweet and simple 💯 will be back.

The food was good to very good. Service fell well short of expectations. Ordered ahead and was there a bit early (Subway time was about 20 min... we got there about 15). They did have a line, but they clearly did not even put the online order in the order with the line. People who came into the store AFTER us had their order before us. !!!

Ordered online, the steak was ICE COLD and the bread definitely wasn't fresh. Very rude employees. The speaker isn't working, front door is broken. Wasn't able to eat sandwich as the meat was borderline frozen.

It makes no sense that every time I go up to that Subway, I have to say extra for everything because they barely want to put any type of toppings on your sandwich And you have to keep repeating it because they only grab Three or four pieces at a time And then get a attitude when you ask them, could you just put it on there please they will get petty and start putting smaller and smaller amounts. Then, if you order a soup, they will only fill it up halfway. they’ve now covered half the glass so you can’t even see if they’re putting the right amount of soup in your bowl if they’re even filling it up because they hurried up and dump it in there and shoot it down together the end of the line so you can’t even see.The place was filthy I fear they’re becoming the new chipotle as if they get extra commission for holding out on the lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles there is been multiple times I came into that location employees arguing using vile language. There’s also children present numerous times where that location has been filthy. Worst attitudes EVER I’ve been to many Subway locations and I will say that one by far is the most unprofessional Unkept mockery to the franchise itself Location I’ve ever been to someone above the managers that work at that location needs to come in in disguise if you don’t believe it and a lot of the times, the music be too loud and inappropriate then had the nerve to get a attitude repeating speak up they don’t wrap up the subs good be careful taking it out the bag it just might fall apart

I went in, and there was only one person there. The Subway representative completely ignored me and didn’t greet me or say he would be with me momentarily. I refuse to make a purchase with rude employees.

I order a churro and it was cold and as hard as a rock. The employees were unfocused, uninterested and unmotivated. You're gonna need to train new employees on customer service. This is the worst Subway I've EVER been to in my 40 years. Shame on you (owner whom is running the Subway) no Subway should ever be this bad.

Very bad service. Went at 8:26 pm and ordered on my app 3 cold Sub sandwiches and order would not be ready til 8:45 but instead it was not ready til 8:54 pm! There were 3 workers and we were the only 3 in the store and I told them we wanted to dine in. Only one worker making subs and other 2 cleaning up and the guy told us they close at 9 pm. We got our food at 8:54 and had to get drinks and they shut dining room lights off at 9 while we were eating and told us they were closed and we had to leave. Supposedly manager/Vanessa was there and did not care it took 28 minutes to make 3 cold sandwiches! As soon as we got outside of store they turned the light on! Plus I gave them a tip on my app! Terrible customer service!

I was not allowed entry as only drive thru was open. I went and knocked on the pickup window to let staff know they were losing a frequent customer cuz I'm not doing drive thru. Employee said she didn't care and that I "can't walk up to drive thru window". Meanwhile, I just did. And then she told me NOT to come back.
A) She should've said I "shouldn't walk up".
B) I won't darken that door again. I'd rather drive into Pontiac than deal with that
C) Please have manager or franchisee contact me via response to review.
