This is the absolute worst subway around. Everytime i go here the staff is incredibly unprofessional, always complaining either about there personal problems or having loud discussions amongst themselves using profanity and do not seem to care one bit that there are customers or young children around.
They seem to take no pride at all in producing a quality product or experience for there customers. And the worst part is that management joins in on these behaviors regularly.
The food is atrocious, last night ordered 2 subs because my wife worked late and it was on the way home. They were sloppy as usual and my sub had no meat. Never again will I go here, my suggestion when it comes to this place...keep driving.

Convenient spot i can always stop to, I hardly go inside an everytime I do the workers are pretty nice and professional. Not too long ago I forgot my cookies, an im forgetful sometimes haha. But we were having a good conversation and I must of forgot too. I came back and brendan he remembered quickly and explained he tried to catch me before I left. Really kind and understandable when you have a good chat, things just happen. Gave me an extra cookie from the inconvenience, and the food was also good.

New favorite spot for sure.

Got here at 8pm and all doors were locked and they were closed despite their hours being adjusted to 10pm on a sunday and posted on the door. There was a worker inside cleaning and giving people dirty looks as they tried to open the door. Someone who pulled up next to us stated they had an online order inside but had no way of getting it because the worker would not come to the door.

Ive been eating at Subway since I was a little tike & Ive worked at a Subway. This Subway however is by far one of the worst ones. They dont toast the meat correctly when you get a steak sub so its always cold in the middle. They dont proof their bread correctly & the staff here is very unprofessional.

Food is never made timely, online, drive thru, or lobby. Oh the loby is always closed. The only time I ever had good service is when an actual manager was working. Dont waste your time or money just go to the Subway off Pontiac Lake.

Although it's VERY clear the owner does not see fit to staff properly proven by the 8 people inside in line, the 6 in the drive thru and just 3 people on shift. They all worked very hard, the tall guy was working double time, but it was ridiculously understaffed for such a busy Subway.

Yeah um there was a purple hair right in the wrapper as soon asl I unwrapped my food, I suggest yall wear hairnets. Although I know mistakes happen, this location is always understaffed and has been for years, district manager needs to do some major work.

The food was good to very good. Service fell well short of expectations. Ordered ahead and was there a bit early (Subway time was about 20 min... we got there about 15). They did have a line, but they clearly did not even put the online order in the order with the line. People who came into the store AFTER us had their order before us. !!!

Ordered online, the steak was ICE COLD and the bread definitely wasn't fresh. Very rude employees. The speaker isn't working, front door is broken. Wasn't able to eat sandwich as the meat was borderline frozen.

It makes no sense that every time I go up to that Subway, I have to say extra for everything because they barely want to put any type of toppings on your sandwich And you have to keep repeating it because they only grab Three or four pieces at a time And then get a attitude when you ask them, could you just put it on there please they will get petty and start putting smaller and smaller amounts. Then, if you order a soup, they will only fill it up halfway. they’ve now covered half the glass so you can’t even see if they’re putting the right amount of soup in your bowl if they’re even filling it up because they hurried up and dump it in there and shoot it down together the end of the line so you can’t even see.The place was filthy I fear they’re becoming the new chipotle as if they get extra commission for holding out on the lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles there is been multiple times I came into that location employees arguing using vile language. There’s also children present numerous times where that location has been filthy. Worst attitudes EVER I’ve been to many Subway locations and I will say that one by far is the most unprofessional Unkept mockery to the franchise itself Location I’ve ever been to someone above the managers that work at that location needs to come in in disguise if you don’t believe it and a lot of the times, the music be too loud and inappropriate then had the nerve to get a attitude repeating speak up they don’t wrap up the subs good be careful taking it out the bag it just might fall apart
