Last Friday I had visitors from out of town. They wanted Taco Bell. I drove to my nearest Bell at Highland Road in Waterford. I was surprised to see a hand written sign on the door at 9 pm stating that they were closed. I then went to our Dixie location. There was a young lady at the window who was very kind, and checked my order after AI. She was confirming all the extra add ons for my large order. I asked her name. It was Joyce. Thank you Joyce for even showing up to work that Friday night. Highland Road should Do Better. Joyce you actually helped me out with my guest's. And my order was perfect. Good job Dixie location. Thanks.

Brad has a bad attitude. Smells like alcohol. Chase is a horrible smart mouth gm who NOONE LIKES. I know everyone who works there and not one person has anything nice to say about him. This location has dropped there standards I'd rather drive to 59 or any other location in general.

THE WHOLE PLACE CAN BE THROWN AWAY. the attitude in this environment sucks, there are very few good workers there who will do amazingly everytime. but that GM and names that i WONT name needs to be removed immediately. lucky i didn’t call the cops.

In a long line at Taco Bell I made my order halfway through the line. I realized I did not have my wallet so I thought I would at least call since I was stuck in line to let them know. I had to pull out because I had no cash on me. The gentleman the answer the phone said hey don’t worry about it. This one’s on the house. How refreshing
