The never put the sauce that they ask which you want in the Bag?! Line is long some nights waiting and just to get home with no sauce and spend $25 and it kills your appetite at that point

I will say this...as busy as they get the handle the pressure and keep a good source of energy flowing and their customer service is phenomenal! Fred you're the man!! I'll tell you I've been to a lot of places and Fred Brian Jesse Harley Ray Ray Trayvon and everybody else I have it named at the store is phenomenal they don't get enough credit. Fred you keep doing what you're doing bro rock it out as if you're in a band and keep the audience sustained and rocking as you always do man! Jesse and Brian this goes for both of you guys keep doing what you're doing nothing but love man without people like you this industry would be done and over with to be no character Charisma or energy to be put back in from what you guys give you guys keep jamming man! Harley you already know it make it happen to you always do always will and we will always appreciate you thanks for having you guys do

WORST TACOBELL IN MICHIGAN. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD. MESSED UP MY ORDER MULTIPLE TIMES AND WHEN MY WIFE BROUGHT FOOD IN TO BE CORRECTED THE MANAGER COULDNT CARE LESS . NEVER DID IT GET CORRECTED OR WAS A REFUND GIVEN. CALLED STORE MULTIPLE TIMES THEY DID NOT ANSWER OR HUNG UP AS SOON AS THEY DID ANSWER. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TACO BELL TO BBB AND ALL. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR REPLACED WITH ROBOTS THEY WOULD BE BETTER EMPLOYEES. PLACE IS A JOKE.

I don't typically write reviews, but this one was absolutely warranted!!! Since COVID-19, the fast-food industry has truly suffered, especially during nights with lack of staff. I called last night to see if the hours on google were actually correct, as lack of staff has left business with shortened hours since the virus. Getting someone to answer a phone at FF restaurants has also not been likely these days, but to my most pleasant surprise, THE KINDEST WOMAN ANSWERED! Her name was Rae, and she was incredibly friendly. Told me what time her dining room was open until, and what time her drive-thru was open until, and told me to come and see her any time. Her personality alone made me want to walk in the store and meet her (when the drive-thru obviously would have been more convenient)! My food was ready very quickly upon placing it, and Rae was truly an absolute joy. I also purchased a gift card while I was there, and Jesse, the one who was running the drive-thru, was able to help me with that. He was also such a pleasure to talk to and so kind!!! These two truly made my day!!! My order was correct, my service was fast, and I left the restaurant feeling happy to have interacted with such genuine people. These people deserve a raise! I called the restaurant earlier today and raved to the new manager, Jacob, about my positive experience. Jacob was also incredibly sweet, and these people are the reasons I will be returning!!
