Fast service! All of the staff here are great but Jason at the window is exceptionally polite and friendly. You know your order will be right at this Taco Bell. Download the app to get special menu items, not to mention lower priced boxes.

Doors are always closed when I try to go in, they always forget multiple items. I watched an employee drop a DoorDash order on the floor and pick it up to give to someone, this location is theeeeee worst ever. Your order will be wrong. They will not give you sauce and they are rude

Went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order on Tuesday (11/26) around 5:45 pm. Guy working the drive-thru needs customer service training. Didn't say hi or anything, just "you picking up a mobile order?" When I asked him to repeat it because it was mumbled, he seemed annoyed. Then, pulled up to the window, he just hands me my food, doesn't say a word. It was not busy, there was one car at the window when I pulled in and there was nobody behind me, so it's not like they were like that because of a rush or anything. I don't expect to have a full blown conversation, but at least a "Hi" and "have a good day". And I'm always nice to anyone in the service industry, but I only said maybe 3 words to him without any attitude, so I know it wasn't me.

I just went thru drive thru 5 minutes ago and the female and male employee are hateful and unfriendly. I ordered 2 box meals with 10 hot sauce and 10 mild sauce and did not get any sauce or napkins or utensils. I had to turn around and go back inside restaurant to get them. I asked for a bag to put sauce and utensils and napkins in because I did not receive them in the driveway and the male employee gave me a bag but said zero … not hi bey or sorry or thank you . His mouth never opened. Neither did the female employee listening

I’m not the type to leave a negative review but it’s well deserved for this establishment. First of all I would leave the lovely lady’s name that was rude to me at the window, but she decided not to give me my receipt. I’m always so nice to food service workers because I myself work in the service industry, that being said it was absolutely ridiculous how these employees acted towards me. I get up to the window and nobody greeted me and one of the woman just took my money and wouldn’t even give me eye contact, no mention of the price of my meal either. I sat there waiting for 5 minutes for my food and change and then when they finally give me my food she throws it at me and says nothing while the other woman is standing at the window looking me up and down with a disrespectful look on her face. No idea why they were hired in the first place with such a terrible attitude. Sincerely hope they stop working there soon so they aren’t such miserable people. Wouldn’t recommend ever coming to this specific location

I went to this Taco Bell last night around 9pm and my food wasn’t made to my liking so I went back it was a 20min drive back , but once I got there the General Manager was extremely nice he fixed everything himself it was hot and fresh he brought the stuff out. His name was Jason and I told him for a long time I stop coming there due to customer service but he a good fit

This location has always had the worst food. The taco pack is rediculous, all it is lettuce galore and barely any of the fake meat. Then tonight, I order online, took my time and paid online. It said processing glitch, but still charged me $50. I rushed there to let them know my card was charged and interesting, they are not open?? its 11 something pm and on their website, it says they are open til 2 am. Anyways I was ripped off $50 and the place is closed.

Hit or miss with this place. Usually I don't have an issue with my food but the last time I purchased something from here the shells were stale and contained random pieces of toppings that I excluded from the order.

I spoke to rudely over the intercom. When I got up to the window to get my food, I asked if the person handing my food to me was the person on the intercom, she said yes, so I asked to speak to a manager and she said, I am the manager. I then proceeded to tell her that the way she speaks to people. Especially being a manager does not represent the company well and to that comment, she had a bunch of vulgar things which I will not repeat...
