I had to come and write a review..I have been stopping in periodically to place an order when I’m traveling through to visit my son who lives in the area.The staff is awesome, I stopped in on Thursday Feb. 22, ‘24 about 9:45. I told the young man taking my order I would place my sandwich order first so they could get them started, then the rest would follow. Over the microphone I could hear the entire staff rejoicing! I started to laugh.. when I pulled up to the window, the ENTIRE Staff were applauding my consideration of them. They TRULY made my day, and all I was trying to do, was to give them the courtesy they deserve.So the moral of the story, Always place your sandwich order first, you too will be greatly appreciated!Thank you to the team at “This” Tim’s!

I was very disappointed that there wasn't any toilet paper in the restroom. It made for messy result. Then, they didn't have tuna salad sandwiches.

I placed an online order with this restaurant and have received a confirmation email and even an estimate of when my food was supposed to me ready to show up at the restaurant and they can't even find my order and refuse to help me in any way. They told me I need to go to website and request a refund and replace my order. I just spent over $31 on my order just to lose that money and try to contact your support team for a refund that hopefully I can get back. I will never be ordering from Tim Hortons again after this experience. Do not go here.

The girl at the window was SO nice and friendly! Didn't see her name or id give her a shout out!!Unfortunately however, that's the end of the positivity. The bagel was disgusting. Old, and tough. And WAY too much salt. Like, just Wow. The coffee drink... Flat out Terrible. And the Timbits...yuck. I'm not even sure how that's possible!!!! Tim Hortons has certainly gone downhill in the years since I worked at one. It used to be such a great coffee place and the workers took pride in making you your food/speciality drink. I.e Cafe mocha. Nope. Not any more.

I had a last minute order for a dozen and a half donuts and they made it perfectly! I really appreciate the time and effort the employees put in and they were so nice about it to. Highly recommend this location!

I was just denied my coffee because they refused to do it as an iced coffee and then add hazelnut. There is a coupon in the app for a discount . If you put the order in as “hazelnut iced coffee” instead of an “iced coffee” and then add hazelnut underneath the coupon will not scan or give any discount. I know this because I use it often and this is ALWAYS the case. Either way it’s ordered I pay extra for the hazelnut, but it was as though the gentleman thought I was trying to get hazelnut for free instead of understanding the situation at all and then basically refused and told me to get out of there. So after waiting a long time to even take my order, I was then refused service if I basically wanted the discount owed to me through the app. I am assuming the gentleman is clueless on his mistake and doesn’t even realize how awful it was, so please educate your staff on not screwing us over and to grab a manager when something is confusing instead of what I just went through. I waited several minutes to attempt to have my order taken and then got stuck behind a car for a while waiting to drive away after being refused service or kindness in any regard. Being accused of trying to steal hazelnut flavoring while trying to get my daily coffee was not on my 2023 bingo sheet

The absolute worst Tim hortons in the area. Always out of everything, service is terrible. It all boils down to ownership.

Employees great but limited menu and don't have all products on the menu, such as soup, chicken salad, etc. Thought Tim Hortons was for soup mainly besides coffee and donuts but guess not. That said it's not necessarily the locations fault for the very confusing menu since it's a standard national menu apparently and the second Tim Hortons I drove to that didn't carry soup.
