Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Not only would they not refund me my full amount for the drinks I purchased. They slammed their window on me, while the manager was cussing… for getting MY order wrong. I didn’t realize they missed half my order before driving off, only to return to the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t get my drinks, nor the full amount I paid for them! The manager acts/looks like she’s on drugs. Wendy’s do better!

I don't understand this Wendy serve the coldest dried burgers ever general manager higher up needs to teach your workers or give me a job i will teach them how to remove cold dried meat off the dam grill you suppose to use the old meat for chilli not keep serving dried i would never order no mat here or fries Wendy's are going down hill they will never stop serving cold dried hard burgers because they are slow

I don't usually leave reviews, but I am viewing this as feedback so that manager's can hopefully fix the problem and other people won't waste their money. I ordered a Dave's single and a small fry. The fries were stiff and freezing cold, and the bun for my burger was so stale and dry I could barely choke it down. Definitely not the fresh Wendy's quality I was craving. Please do better for your customers.

Food was near perfect. Service was quite good but the place itself is a little dirty. Food being the most important thing here I give it 4 stars. Fed my family for under $10/person and they were happy.
The food is not good anymore. The burger patties are always pre-cooked, the fries are always cold and nasty even if there are 5 vehicles ahead of you in drive thru. Refuse to ever go back to them again.

I hate giving bad reviews but after 3 Doordash order where I specifically asked NO MAYO on an item & yet you SLATHER IT all over the sandwich. My dasher didn't know & it's not the food it's the fact that this staff doesn't read the instructions given. What is the point of alterations if you won't read them?????

I really like the food. My issue is that I've noticed with fast food restaurants that everything is smaller and yet you pay more. I have definitely cut way back on these places because of that. Why couldn't they have kept the portions the same size and charged more. It doesn't take long to make a burger and fries.

Honestly. The best Wendy's experience I've ever had and best food, too. My burger looked perfect. Perfection! Picture perfect! Tasted amazing. Salad for my mom was great! The order was accurate. Fast service. I just couldn't get over how perfect my food looked! I appreciate that! Thank you to the crew today at 12pm. for making my meal extra special!
