This place is unorganized, EVERY SINGLE MORNING there is at least a 10-12 minute wait for my 3 item mobile order in which I ordered 20 minutes prior. Every car is pulled from the window, and instructed to wait in a parking spot for their orders. Not my idea of fast food at all, will not be returning, unless I want to be late for work everyday! The manager is Rude, the employees are doing everything else besides serving the customers.

I don’t recommend this Wendy’s even in the slightest bit. The employees are rude, and all they did was complain about working while putting together my order. I didn’t receive one of my fry orders as well - which seemed intentional considering all they were doing was complaining the whole time. The food is cold, it smelled like rotten eggs in the actual restaurant itself, and just overall not good at all. Take the extra drive to another Wendy’s in Waterford because this specific one is not the best what so ever.

I have tried this location so many times to give it the benefit of the doubt but after the same result time and time again….. This is the worst Wendy’s you could EVER go to. Save yourself and just go down the road to ANY other Wendy’s location. They actually are the worst. At a certain point in the evening, they will ONLY TAKE ONE ORDER AT A TIME. It’s very clear that’s what happens. You will sit at the drive thru window for 20+ min. They NEVER have frosty’s??? Like how are you constantly out of chocolate, vanilla etc. Never ever been to another Wendy’s and had that problem. I had to cancel my mobile order the last time because the wait was actually insane. I have no idea what goes on at this Wendy’s day and night but DO. BETTER.

I usually experience a normal quality in food and service, however miss girl at the drive thru window today needs an attitude check. Couldn’t bother saying a word to me. I dont make your schedule.. don’t be mad at me you have to work your job.

This is probably the worst fast food place to exist in this area. Next to Popeyes. Bunch of workers that are stubborn and their egos are through the roof, no manners, always get orders wrong. Slow as all hell, one at a time? Really?

Not the best experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. Food was cold when I got it and my order was incorrect unfortunately. Frosty tasted good though! Used the app to order.

Dining area closed 09/12/2024. Staff shortage, no signs. Hire more employees our post a sign to avoid wasting time of paying customers. Losing money, not good for business.
