I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.
It’s got to be the worst Wingstop in the Oklahoma City. Metro is Moore Oklahoma slow your food’s never ready when you get there.
I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.
I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! The wingstop in Hobbs New Mexico need to train their staff on customer service. The little girls would rather take selfies than help you out.
$70 to door dash 30 wings, fries, and veggie sticks, only got 20 wings no veggies and the wings that I did get barely have sauce. Called a they admitted they didn’t put the bag out for door dash. What a waste of money.

Ordered delivery last night which we had no problems with, arrived quickly.
We ordered 30 wings- every single one tasted like it had been fried twice and sat under a heat lamp for 2 hours. So dry, not crispy or fried in a good way, chewy and dry. sauces didn't help. And we got ZERO flats. If other customers specify all flats -regular customers who aren't difficult shouldn't suffer and give them the leftovers no body wants. Ordering from you implies we will have a variety of both. It was late we were tired and there was no way to complain. I'm tired of paying $$$ for food that is barely edible. I understand delivery takes time and food isn't going to be piping hot, but the quality and preparation of this food had nothing to do with that. This is the second time we have gotten gross dried out barely edible food from your location. Won't be back.

This was hands down one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. Wingstop? More like Wing-STOP-EATING. I don’t know what kind of operation they’re running, but it’s definitely not about quality or customer service.
First, I waited over 40 minutes for an order of wings and fries. When I finally got it, the wings were TINY, dry, and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. The “sauce” was barely there — just some sticky, sad smear of flavor. And the Lemon Pepper? It was basically just crusty salt flakes. Disgusting.
The fries were cold, limp, and somehow managed to be both soggy and overcooked. And that sweet seasoning they put on them? Who thought sugar fries were a good idea?
I called to let them know the order was awful, and the person on the phone acted like I was annoying them. No apology, no fix, just attitude. Cool — I’ll take my money elsewhere.
If you enjoy disappointment, overpriced food, and stomach regret, Wingstop is perfect for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid it like the plague.

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.
