The staff is horrible I have tryed to call 3 different times now and they won’t take my order over the phone they say they are busy go online even when I say I have cash she said I don’t know what to tell you! They are very rude the girl who answers the phone has a nasty attitude and won’t help at all just saids it’s not her problem..

I literally have not received one correct order here in months and I try not to complain but this seriously has got to stop. I understand being short staffed and maybe having to wait longer for food, but being short staffed should not determine what food I receive. The lady I spoke to on the phone was quick to argue and tell me I received the right food when I literally am eating the food I did not order. She then told me I probably received “hot honey” and they look plain because they were told by corporate to cut down seasoning on their food, but I am literally eating plain wings, not hot honey. My fries were also seasoned with hot honey and they were very generous with the seasoning, so why couldn’t they season my wings? I have ordered from here multiple times the past 6 months and have not received my order correctly ONCE. I choose not to complain or call because I couldn’t imagine how short staffed they are, but this is ridiculous. And to the lady who wants to argue on the phone- do better.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.

$70 to door dash 30 wings, fries, and veggie sticks, only got 20 wings no veggies and the wings that I did get barely have sauce. Called a they admitted they didn’t put the bag out for door dash. What a waste of money.
