Clean and friendly Waterford store. However, my crafted order was not at all what I was expecting. I was hoping to get garlic parm on boneless, but what I got was am order of dry popcorn chicken. What the fruit, you know?Friendly service and clean atmosphere can only go so far. Maybe better training? IDK….after I ate the popcorn chicken, I noticed the sauce was all on the bottom of the carry out container. Just doesn’t seem right.

The food is not worth the price they charge. The fries weren't seasoned and they were very soggy. I could not taste any of the garlic parm and lemon pepper I requested on my wings. Highly disappointing. Whoever the owner is posting replies under the customer reviews; don't even waste your time if you're not going to attempt to rectify the issue.

We have never had a problem here until today. I placed an online order and sent my boyfriend to get it. He stood there for over 30 minutes for 20 wings and fries. This was all after it was said to be ready online.
