Great food and portions. Very nice lady that runs the place.

Large portions but the kindest thing I can say is that the dishes I've tried are mediocre at best. The sweet and sour shrimp we ordered had several battered deep-fried shrimp and a tub of sauce, but nothing else. No pineapple or green pepper, etc. The fried rice is just that. Rice and soy sauce. No onions or bean sprouts or carrots, peas, etc. I gave the egg roll to someone else, so I can't say if it was good or bad. But avoid the so-called pad Thai. It doesn't resemble authentic pad Thai in any way. They make it with wide thick rice noodles, not pad thai noodles, no eggs or green onions, or chopped peanuts, and the sauce they put on it is just plain awful. Overall disappointed, so I won't be back.

Ok, complete review edit. This used to be the best around, then it took a bad dive once the first owner left. Now I decided to try it again. It's been years now since i last was in there. So I'm so so glad I did. Please, everyone who used to love going there, please try them again its so much better, almost like it used to be. I'm so glad I tried it again. I'm telling everyone to go back. It's worth it the food is back its great the prices are still the best and the place is finally clean and no bad smell anymore. Please, everyone, give it another chance. im so glad I did. Thank you. For bringing this place back, I have missed it dearly.

My sister and mines first time. Was not a disappointment! Portion size great. Taste great. Highly recommend! We will go back. Prices great too. We've been looking for a good place for our general tao's we found it. Close to home too. Thanks. You have a repeat customer for life.

First time here. It was pretty delicious and the woman who took my order was so kind. The issues were the sauces were super watered down (make sure you have your own sweet and sour at home) my boyfriend's chicken came as a huge fist sized glob (could be smaller) but the breading was the absolute best ive ever had. I got the wrong food after it was repeated back to me and confirmed what I had wanted. The beef i had gotten was super tender though didnt get a whole lot but was the best part. The crab Rangoon is a little sweeter than I'd like but it was still pretty good. We might give them another shot.

Just spent $14 and feel robbed. Second time I have been disappointed since obvious new ownership. Chicken was just flavorless huge deep fried cubes. The chicken in the fried rice was slimy and undercooked. Inedible really. Unfortunate.

We love it here! Their wonton soup is the best around, and you can’t beat the serving size.

The new management is running this place into the ground. This used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants is SE Michigan (under the previous owner), but it is now one of the worst. Whoever is running the restaurant (and answering the phones) is also terribly rude and inpatient. Never returning back here again and would encourage others to do the same. Why they would be allowed to keep the same name and Google page as the previous restaurant is beyond me, especially when their menus and prices are different.

I just moved back to town after almost ten years and was excited to get some shrimp fried rice like I used to from here. Pretty sure it's under new ownership because the food was just terrible. Also was expecting to see the welcoming owner but got some stoic lady whose only words were to sign the card sheet. The rice was hard, the only ingredients were about two eggs in giant chunks taking up most of the space in the pint. No veggies or sprouts, nothing. Essentially just two eggs a few pieces of shrimp and hard rice. Even the worst Chinese places just pile on onions if they're going to be cheap about ingredients, this is just a place that's not even trying whilst shaving every cost they can. Really sad to see the state of things now. I don't talk places up but Wonton was a go-to back in the day, it's the polar opposite now

I would rate the atmosphere and food a 0 of I could. We used to love this place before they switched owners. We gave them one more chance last night and it's was still so disappointing. We ordered the almond chicken and chicken fried rice. The almond chicken had improved from the last time we ordered, but it was mostly batter and the almond gravy was clear and just not like any other place I've ordered from. The fried rice was also very odd and tasteless. It had boiled flavorless chicken and no vegetables. Just brown rice, boiled chicken and scrambled egg. The atmosphere was really ran down and gross. The smell was the worst part. I cant imagine how bad the kitchen must look. The location is perfect, right across the street I could walk there. However, this was the last chance. I'll never go back.

I am a long time customer of over eight years. It has been about 4 months since my last visit until today and I'm sorry to say that changes have been made. The food here as always been amazing until the owner Jenny retired. My Sesame Chicken was absolutely terrible tonight the chicken was overcooked and extremely dry. I was hoping the fried rice would make up for the chicken but that was even worse than the chicken. They have changed the rice whatever they did is absolutely disgusting it was flavorless even soaked in soy sauce. I couldn't eat it the rice used to have veggies and bits of chicken and egg. None of those things are to be found now and the rice is imo inediblenot recommended. The best thing to order imo is that almond chicken and crab rangoons although they are not as good as the used to be. Dine at your own risk I wish you better luck than I had.

It was terrible. The veggies were basically raw, the pad Thai was pink and the noodles were undercooked. No peanuts, no bean sprouts, but cabbage. The chicken and the beef were chewy. It is rare that I think a meal is this bad. Look at the sauce on the side we got. Won't be back!

When I went to pick my food up it was freezing cold inside the restaurant. I got my food home and it was also cold. This place used to be a great place I'm not sure what happened but I would not recommend it and I'm never going back.

This place used to be the talk of this side of Waterford 10 years ago, now the food tastes like rubber. Chicken was dry, rice tasted like it was burnt in a rubber tire, and the sauce for the chicken had zero flavor. Just looked like grease in a bowl (we asked for it on the side). I’m sad it’s come down so far.
