Half the time my order will be wrong. Last time I went I ended up just leaving the drive thru because no one would answer. Food takes a long time, like it's being made fresh but always seems to be cold on my 3 minute drive home.

They apparently close whenever they want to or the workers just don't feel like working. Employees inside 1+ hours before closing and don't answer the window or door. Unacceptable.

The drive though was extremely busy and when I got to the window I was surprised to hear and see only 2 people running the whole store. I was actually quite amazed because I only waited maybe 2-3 minutes for my food. Much faster then stores that are properly staffed. The two ladies working really knew what they where doing and with all the stress they were still very polite and prompt. Great experience.

Probably the best BK I have EVER been too. BK is notorious for the hard bun . In my experience. This was fresh . They accidentally put mayo on my sandwich I drove around and without complaint or question or crazy looks . They courteously and professionally apologized and instantly made me another . Great Job BK of Watervliet MI .
