We ordered a 12 pc chicken, fries, Cole slaw, & rolls . The fries were disgusting, chicken was disgusting, Cole slaw was not bad, and, of course they forgot our rolls. I tried calling the store to ask where our rolls were and they don’t answer the phone.

You would be safe to assume this was a like hole -in-wall place. However... It appears to be an established either franchise or multi-location enterprise.
Whatever it is: it's GREAT. I visited for Carry-out for 5 people and the service was efficient, the staff were very engaging and helpful and it was literally a fun visit.
You won't find better broasted chicken. The pie was great also

The chicken is great. The size is not. I came in 3 times and got legs super small. Came in another time and the legs were great size. And that’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars!

The only side worth getting is the fries. We ordered the potato salad and it was so small. Definitely not worth the money. Theac n cheese was cold when we ordered it. The fish was pretty good and we definitely love the dark meat box.

The young man took our order and cooed it.. and it was amazing. My other half is very picky about the size of chicken wings and the young man who serviced us was too happy to show us what size the wings were. The food was hot and crispy.. that food made us pull over at a gas station to eat!! And we couldn’t stop eating that wonderfully fried chicken and okra!! Yall Better stop at the Coop!!

The chicken was fall off the bone tender. Juicy, hot and really good. My buddy got the gizzard. Tried a couple and they were really good. Service was friendly. Hole in the wall that isn't large by any means but food is worth a stop. It's right off the I94 in watervliet,MI. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Absolutely WORST service I’ve ever experienced at this restaurant. I’ve been coming here for years and for the most part I order the same thing every time. I know and expect there’s gonna be a 20 wait but today not only did I have to wait almost an hour but I only received half of my order at the window and was then pulled foreword to wait for the rest. Mind you they weren’t overly busy and when I sent my husband in to ask about the remainder of the food they were goofing off behind the counter. Our food was just sitting there and it was so over cooked it wasn’t even edible at that point. If I could give 0 stars I would.
