I had a terrible experience with them. I went there to buy 19 tacos and a quesadilla — they only gave me 15 of them. I got charged $85 total. I would recommend others to check your order beforehand, unless you want to be shorted on your food.

The second year in a row we had the food truck come to our family reunion. It was even better than I remember. Amazing prices and service but the food was to die for. The best salsa and guac. I ate two burritos. And we know good Mexican growing up in Chicago amd living in San Diego! Highly recommend!

Menu has all the choices you could want. Usually take out but a couple of tables for eating in. Food prep is very quick. Ate here many times and always enjoyed the variety i chose.

This isn't the only bad review. Forget the avocados the quality it garbage. Multiple reviews say the good tastes microwaved. Maybe some bad employees worked on the food for those days but this places has been better What happened. El asadero in coloma better.

ordered from the food truck. We ordered 2 burritos with cheese rice and beans. What we ended up getting was 2 burritos with no rice .. no beans.. and lettuce.. tomato.. onion.. both burritos were cold! I called the restaurant and didn't even offer to correct it. Just said sorry and he will keep that in mind. I wont be going back

I love authentic Mexican atmosphere, and La Chulas has it.
Parking: Just street parking out front. This is a main street store front restaurant. Additional parking is available around the corner and behind the building.

5 out of 6 times that I've eaten here in the last 2 months our order has been wrong. More often than not if you order a dinner they just completely forget to add the rice and beans. If you don't check your food before leaving you'll be walking out with the wrong food. Every time I've come here to eat they aren't busy so I don't understand how or why the order is being messed up.i understand that it's a family run restaurant but that isn't an excuse for poor customer service!
