Standard Taco Bell. I always check my order. They shorted my kid's chips. Had to go back. They made it right and gave me 2 tickets for free tacos. But everything was well made

Spent 32 minutes waiting on the inside for food with no one ahead of me, while on the outside over 20 cars were served after I placed the order. I was told that the priority goes to the customers outside for the speed score, and basically that people on the inside ordering are not important to be served in a timely manner at the cost of the speed score. My recommendation is to never go inside the Watervliet Taco bell, or order carry out from it. You will be better to take the time and go through the drive thru, at least you will be recieve your food in a timely manner because your treated as a speed score.

Lobby is closed. All winter season November 01 to 31 march. Only Drive throw opens. People get there floor wet with snow shoes. Seriously. Amazing

Terrible place, placed a order online around 11 pm worth around 45 dollars to feed me and my family when I got there they informed me they couldn’t do 3 of the things I ordered and instead of refunding it or taking any action they said it was “my problem”. Terrible customer service the girl with brown hair at window had her hair all over my bag of food and drinks and was very rude to my mother whom was driving. Will definitely not be spending my money here ever again.

The workers are as slow as molasses going up a hill! If you are hungry and in a hurry go elsewhere!

Always double check your order before leaving because they have never gotten mine quite right. I have an allergy and always have to modify my order but something goes wrong literally every time (e.g. they omit the wrong ingredient or forget the sauce packets, etc.) I would stop going back but I live close and they are the only place open so late.

Had to get beef after being told they ran out of chicken. Order was still wrong and they gave me an extra taco. Beef was scolding hot and tasted like water. Threw away $20 of food in fear of getting sick. Normally a very reliable tacobell, just not during the night shift
