Nasty, soon as I pulled up to the drive through window, the girl was dirty, felt like driving away, my quesadilla had other stuff in it not supposed to be there. Bean dip in my drink, I stopped and threw everything i ate back up.

I, personally, love this Taco Bell. The staff are amazing and they are very attentive with orders and even ordering trends! I work locally and this is my absolute favorite go-to for a quick meal. The team is quick, fun, and seem to like the work they do. I’m a customer for life.

I literally walked .5 miles while waiting for my kiosk order. Here is the problem. The kiosk is treated the same as a mobile order. Meaning there is a 15-20 min eta on it. They gave us our meal 2 minutes after it was scheduled. But we waiting for over 20 minutes for it in the dining area. While ALL the drive thru were getting served. Worst experience ever. And our food was cold after all that.

Came in past lobby hours, (we have a camper and couldn't go in drive-thru) and they let us come in and order inside anyway! Super nice staff, even gave us coupons for free tacos for our wait! Despite the late hours, the food was great and everything on point. Best taco bell experience<3

Avoid this taco bell. Watched 3 people play on phones and 1 person making a line of people food. Was missing items and some items where missing ingredients and when i said something they told me they were out of it and walked away from me.

I went there yesterday literally all I ordered was 3 cinnamon twists and 2 Baja blasts. I waited 15 minutes just to pay. I was literally making eye contact with one of the girls back there. She obviously knew I was still waiting to pay. One of the workers who had just ended her shift had to get her to ring up my order and when she did she was rude asf. She quietly said how much I owed her and then said it again rudely when I asked her to say it again because I couldn’t hear her. Then when she gave me my change she didn’t say how much she gave me and she shoved it at me rudely. Then while I was still trying to get the change in my wallet she started shoving the cups at me while I was still clearly trying to get the change in my wallet. She could’ve just put the cups on the counter. I’ve heard other people have had similar problems with the same girl. I don’t know what her name was. I don’t remember if she was even wearing a name tag. She needs to be fired. Considering she completely ignored my existence.
Taco Bell in Watervliet was OK At sometimes. They don’t included any sauce I added to the kiosk (have to take some at the sauce isle), they messed up the burrito supreme order giving me the basic tacos (for my step dad) but got my Doritos locos tacos and the taco fries right.

I ordered # one with a side order of fries, the place was in panic mode, but mysterious though I received my order , I must have been given a burger that was laying around for sometime. When I got home the meat was hard as a rock burnt around the edges and cold the fries were still warm so I know the burger was sitting around for a while. I was really disappointed I threw the burger away.they had 6 or 7 employees working there and everyone was walking over each other, sorry guys I think your screwed for summer crowd

More often than not, the inside is closed. Doesn't matter if it's 5pm or 10pm, and it doesn't matter if there are 3 people inside working or 6. It's a shame to see how bad this Taco Bell has been over the last couple of years. Unless you're going to be a drive through only service, stop closing the inside earlier than the stated time (on the door & online). Staffing is an issue EVERYWHERE, yet other businesses have learned to operate accordingly...no longer a good excuse.
