Long wait time, terrible food

I went to the watervliet location tonight (2/4) I waited at the speaker for a min so I decided to turn my stop watch on, on my phone From the time I spoke into the drive through speaker to handing me my food it was 15min. There were only 2 cars in the whole lot besides myself.

When I got my food I ordered a coke zero and it was so watered down I couldn't drink it. My burger was warm but not hot and my fries were cold.

I do not recommend going to this location.

I work near this Wendy’s and I don’t ever hesitate to stop in. They treat me very well and always make sure everything is perfect for me. I appreciate them and they will always have me as a loyal customer. Thank you all much.

Hang up on you if you have serious questions. Of all Wendy's locations, this one has the most ill tempered staff. Very disappointed with my recent experience. Do not recommend.

I stopped here recently and was disappointed with many aspects of the visit. My order was incorrect, despite correctly being repeated back to me. I own some of this, as it was displayed on the screen and I didn’t catch it myself although verbally it was correct what he said. While waiting for my order, two of the three drive-through orders that went out came back in because their orders were incorrect. The french fries were cold on my order. The acoustics while dining in this restaurant are loud. This was not a well designed building and you will not have a quiet meal.

Only 2 people working. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Half of the food was missing. No straw, spoon or napkins…lol

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I stopped to get something to eat for my husband and I.
Our food was correct, but the fries were old and some of them were hard.. it was like they refried old fries.
My chicken nuggets were barely warm and definitely old too…
We got a strawberry lemonade and sweet tea for drinks the lemonade was great but the sweet tea was so light in color and tasted disgusting… almost like it was old or moldy tea.
I also received wrong sauces but they were correct on the screen, and had no straws for the drinks.
The service wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t the worst.
This Wendy’s is horrible and shouldn’t have even opened to begin with. Nothing is ever good…
