Horrible ever time I go I've have gave them multiple chances they don't care and they are going to end up getting someone sick

I stopped here recently and was disappointed with many aspects of the visit. My order was incorrect, despite correctly being repeated back to me. I own some of this, as it was displayed on the screen and I didn’t catch it myself although verbally it was correct what he said. While waiting for my order, two of the three drive-through orders that went out came back in because their orders were incorrect. The french fries were cold on my order. The acoustics while dining in this restaurant are loud. This was not a well designed building and you will not have a quiet meal.
Only 2 people working. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Half of the food was missing. No straw, spoon or napkins…lol
If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I stopped to get something to eat for my husband and I.
Our food was correct, but the fries were old and some of them were hard.. it was like they refried old fries.
My chicken nuggets were barely warm and definitely old too…
We got a strawberry lemonade and sweet tea for drinks the lemonade was great but the sweet tea was so light in color and tasted disgusting… almost like it was old or moldy tea.
I also received wrong sauces but they were correct on the screen, and had no straws for the drinks.
The service wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t the worst.
This Wendy’s is horrible and shouldn’t have even opened to begin with. Nothing is ever good…
Waited 20+ minutes in the sweltering hot lobby. Got one meal, which had the wrong sandwich. Didn't wait for the other meal, drink, or Frosty before asking for a refund. I wasn't willing to die of heat stroke to have the wrong food an hour later.
Meanwhile, the drive through was moving right along while people where obviously waiting in the lobby, not being asked what they were waiting for.
Awful service. Pretty sure it's illegally hot in there.
And the bathroom floors where flooded.
Absolute horrible service. Waited in line forever, rude employees and didn't receive all that we ordered. Will never go again and do not recommend.
Been there at least a dozen times and only once has my order been right! Can't follow simple instructions, no tomatoe! How hard is that? Tonight nothing has changed except now they add pickles, ketchup and mustard to a chicken sandwich! Seriously get your act together. At almost $14 for a fast food meal this is ridiculous. Won't eat there again, do yourself a favor and go to burger King.
Takes 7-10 business days to get someone to answer the com at the drive-thru. With no line and minimal patrons. MINT

Showed up minutes later to pick up, pulled ahead to wait, not busy, no line.
Waited over 20 minutes, manager was nice and offered a free frosty.
Came home and all the saucy nuggets were just regular nuggets with a bunch of sauce packets.
Waited in line at the drive thru with no other cars in sight for 15 minutes. Plenty of people working but no one willing to obviously answer the drive thru speaker. Gave up and went across the street to Burger King. Definitely won't be back to this Wendy's with terrible service like that
I have to shout out to Ebony and your crew today. Ebony led the crew and the drive thru like she’s born to do it. Everyone was in sync, they were fast and efficient and used excellent communication and teamwork. We’re even laughing and enjoying the day while working and still rocking it!!! Ebony had amazing energy from start to finish and made this a wonderful experience! Thank you. And that food was 10 star. :)
