I have to shout out to Ebony and your crew today. Ebony led the crew and the drive thru like she’s born to do it. Everyone was in sync, they were fast and efficient and used excellent communication and teamwork. We’re even laughing and enjoying the day while working and still rocking it!!! Ebony had amazing energy from start to finish and made this a wonderful experience! Thank you. And that food was 10 star. :)
Things are looking up with the change over of new management; I have high hopes that this location will make a positive comeback from its prior negative downfall of bad service and not so well prepared food. As a frequent customer of Wendys and a returning patron, I can see positive changes coming about with this particular Wendy's location and in time will once again become the Wendy's we all knew it to be.
Employees work their butt's off at this location. Customer service is wonderful! If I have to wait for a bit to get my food, their service is great. Best Wendy's in our area!
