I've been coming here for a few years now every so often and I can't believe it took me this long to make a review! 🤣 The staff is very friendly! The girls (and guys) are really cool people! Most of all the customer service is immaculate! Always consistent, and my drinks are always made the way I like it. Bravo team! 👏👏

This is my favorite Biggby location of all time. All of the employees are so kind and I always leave happier than I arrived. They're also super fast and get my items to me at a reasonable time.

Sadly I dropped my review as the service is questionable. Honestly it depends on the baristas working and time of day. I have had several occasions where I've ordered the same drink I always do and receive NO flavoring. 🤔🙄 Or there's 5 baristas in the evening and it takes 25+ minutes to receive a drink with an empty store and no cars in the drive thru. Then we have the cake topper, the attitude that some of these "girls" have. Clearly they don't...
