“Went to CBK for dinner tonight and sat at the bar. Our server was David and he was working hard and never stopped moving. He was busy but very attentive and asked if we needed things many times. The food was awesome! So why the kick on service? Well it’s because you have a bartender named Jessica that has no business bartending behind any bar in my opinion and I have been a bartender for a long time! She apparently hates her job, feels over worked and just seems all over miserable working in a very condescending way! She isn’t kind to her co-workers or customers. At one point she looked at my husbands empty glass and said, “David will be with you in a minute” instead of being a team player and just pouring him a beer. I also let her know she left a tap running that was just over flowing the glass for over 30 seconds and never a smile or thank you. The casino is better than this. Better than having people like her waiting on people. She seems to hate her job and needs to do others a favor and find a new one.“
