Waited long time to be seated as the girl cleaned tables before greeting guests. Long wait to order - short of staff. Very long wait for food - and it was cold; sent back to kitchen. The salad bar needed refreshing; the salad dressings were not labeled so we guessed. Very poor experience; will not return. The manager must have been sleeping on the job. There are much better alternative restaurants.

Great place to watch the game. Always excellent service. Have had many menu items that were delicious.
PSA- do not order the Ribeye, clearly not their speciality. Paper thin, too salty, overcooked.
Also, kitchen staff, Hershey’s chocolate syrup has no place on a piece of tiramisu. I said what I said, with no regrets.

Showed up early on a Saturday before the dinner rush with my 2 boys. We were seated quickly, the server (Iliana) was fast and attentive the entire time we were there. Seems like a different menu compared to the other Russos I have been to but plenty of great options. We ordered pizza, half pepperoni and half sausage and ham, which was excellent, cheesy bread sticks were amazing, and perch rice mushrooms dinner was also amazing, and it came with the soup and salad bar. Look forward to going back here again in the future. Don't forget to get dessert they have some really good ones.
