Came for my birthday staff very nice ordered a perite filet med came back wrong 3 tilmes ridiculous,my spouse at his dinner while i sat there for a hour while they tried to get it right ,he had fish so to be eaten hot and no compensation maybe desert ?How can you not make a steak right at chop house 😞 250.00 dollars 🤔😞
Exceptional service. The environment was very friendly and welcoming, a mirror of the waitstaff’s personalities. The drinks were really good, refer to the waitstaff’s recommendations based on what you like. The lobster was mouthwatering. The steak could’ve used a little more love but overall I had an amazing time.
Made a reservation as recommended for 6pm. Also said dress was business casual so dressed up but really did not need to as most everyone came off the casino floor. Ordered petite filet mignon, 6oz. It was prepared medium well, butterflies. Meat was tender and good. Also ordered French onion soup with was fabulous. Large bowl portion, lots of onions, cheese and croutons. So good! Also had a Caesar salad. Lettuce was a bit flimsy, no crispy leaves to be had. Croutons...
