incredibly slow service, drive thru started working on the next order and just sent me to mobile pickup, waited for so long while workers stood outside and smoked. order was dropped after being made and had to wait even longer. extremely disappointed with this location.

The last few times coming to this location the staff is beyond horrible. Waited 45+ minutes while they had five workers on line and 1 person on window and counter (make it make sense) I placed a mobile order and was charged, they told me they didn’t get it after I verified the address was correct they simply said”well i don’t know what you want me to do about it” every staff member had a pair of AirPods in (which to me in place where high communication is a necessity should be unacceptable) one other customer waited longer than we did and they forgot his beverage cup ( 2 employees walked by him and ignored while engaging in off topic conversation with other employees) on top of it they threw everything across the counter. My apologies for “karening” out but when is enough enough?

In my experience, the employees are either hilarious or professional, and sometimes both. I am a drive-thru only customer, but quality seems to be consistent whether it is afternoon or near midnight. I am glad they are here.

I have been waiting for 45 mins in dine in and still haven't gotten our food they are only waiting on drive thruUpdate we waited an hour and 10 mins after 10 ish people walked out or asked for a refund my friends I was with both got there food and they then realized my order was canceled and Zachary offered us all a refund but he definitely needs to work on his customers service and waiting on people inside not just the drive through next time close inside if you can't wait on people

Waited an hour in the dining room for takeout. Listened to the cashier talk disrespectfully to customer who was just trying to get a refund after also waiting for an hour. If you're going to come here, GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU, they get served before anyone in the dining room.

Had a hiccup with my order and had to drive all the way back to the sticks of Plainwell before I realized it. They replaced it a few days later the whole order ( when they could have just replaced the 3 items only on the order ) without issue or attitude just pure wholesome customer service and courtesy drinks on them for my kids and I. Total respect for the front counter and drive thru order taker for being so decent with me when I started to feel anxious with my kids she made me feel understood and accepted. Absolutely love the way they handled it and made me feel appreciated even though I had an issue. Thanks for being so supportive Taco Bell Wayland ?
Manager is worthless and employees are ignorant cant make basic orders correctly. When you ask for extra and get charged for it they give u less then normal.

Even though there was a bit longer of a wait, it wasn’t terrible, and it was so worth it for high-quality hot food that was well prepared and given by a very pleasant worker. Oneof my best experiences with Taco Bell ever!

I will NOT go here again! Plenty of other restaurants around! Go through drive thru and order 2/12 pack of tacos to be told pull forward and pay then come inside to pick up. We do not do big orders thru drive thru!! While everyone is standing around talking!!! Yes, I said No thank you I will pull into Culver’s!! Keep your tacos!! Lazy bunch of people!! And no there were no other cars in drive thru!! But, it’s a drive thru for a reason!! Lost my business for sure! They won’t be around much longer!!

Tried ordering food. Was told it would be a 5 minute wait for meat, which was fine. But then was told I couldn’t place my order, and would have to wait the 5 minutes and come back through the line and order then. ??♂️. I think the ownership/management should take a look at their employee performance. I don’t mind waiting for food, but can’t understand why I wasn’t able to place my order, pay, and wait.
