Had a hiccup with my order and had to drive all the way back to the sticks of Plainwell before I realized it. They replaced it a few days later the whole order ( when they could have just replaced the 3 items only on the order ) without issue or attitude just pure wholesome customer service and courtesy drinks on them for my kids and I. Even though there was a bit longer of a wait, it wasn’t terrible, and it was so worth it for high-quality hot food that was well prepared and given by a very pleasant worker. Oneof my best experiences with Taco Bell ever!

In my experience, the employees are either hilarious or professional, and sometimes both. I am a drive-thru only customer, but quality seems to be consistent whether it is afternoon or near midnight. I am glad they are here.
