Usually this location is pretty good but the food I opened, ridiculous! Half of my meat wasn't even on the bun. And the bottom bun was so soggy, I had to throw it away. Do better.

Just got dinner for the wife and kids get home too find out half the foods ice cold and the 3 buffalo sliders I got for my self all were so hard I couldn’t take a bite I don’t understand I always come too this store this is ridiculous food quality.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. This Arby's gave us loop warm food, & my fries was so cold, both meals tasted old & stale worse Arby's. How can customers pay for stale cold food, they raised the prices but has bad quality food. Never again food made us sick.

Went through the drive through spent 50 bucks on food only to get home missing half of it called up there went back to get my food asked for new fries so I don’t have to eat cold fries and cheese sticks when I get home they told me they replace them cause they didn’t miss them🤣 talk about poor customer service
