Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. This Arby's gave us loop warm food, & my fries was so cold, both meals tasted old & stale worse Arby's. How can customers pay for stale cold food, they raised the prices but has bad quality food. Never again food made us sick.

Went through the drive through spent 50 bucks on food only to get home missing half of it called up there went back to get my food asked for new fries so I don’t have to eat cold fries and cheese sticks when I get home they told me they replace them cause they didn’t miss them🤣 talk about poor customer service

Ordered DoorDash from here only to have the order canceled by the restaurant over a half hour later with zero explanation other than the app telling me they cannot fulfill my order. If you can’t give me my order take it off the menu. Or call me for a substitute option like other restaurants have done for me. Extremely unprofessional.
