I came here for dinner with a friend after seeing the great reviews. Food was tasty with unique American/Asian fusion. We shared the chickin soho sliders and Korean beef brisket tacos. Both were flavorful and unique, though the sliders were my favorite. We also split an order of fries. Service was great and it was well decorated inside, giving modern industrial vibes. I'd like to go back to try more of their menu.

Incredible foodie spot in Wayne, MI. Fabulous and creative menu that facilitates both the mind and mouth. I had the spicy shrimp tacos and the shwarma tacos along with the mushroom soup. All were delicious. 5 stars!

Sooooo good!! Chicken Quesadilla is to die for!!! Excellent appetizers too! Try the Pom Long Island too.... Pretty much anything you try is amazing!!!! Always a welcome greeting too. Great food, subpar customer service. Stopped in here early the other day and was seated and served quickly. Food came out pretty fast and the egg rolls were immaculate. The chicken tenders were awesome as well. Portion sizes are great on these and definitely shareable. Which they better be for as much as the dishes cost in here. Definitely bring your appetite and people to share with. The dishes are also all homemade and you do taste that quality in them. My issue with this restaurant is the management and the customer service. The nachos did not taste good at all and the chips were a bit stale. We brought this up to the manager and she basically refused to take them back saying that everything was made fresh each day so it's impossible for it to not taste good? This literally makes no sense. It doesn't matter if it's made daily, mistakes happen with preparation of food and sometimes a batch doesn't come out right. It's not like the rest of the food wasn't good, so not sure why it was an issue. She then said she was going to the back to taste the cheese to see if it was fresh. She never came back and eventually the server came out and said she(manager) was removing it from the bill. Just rubbed me the wrong way with how she was so confrontational about removing a dish. As a table we spent over 100 bucks even without that. What happened to the customer is always right? If you're in the area, definitely a good spot to check out. I sadly probably won't be back in. But I will always remember those eggrolls.

The menu is not your boring standard menu, everything has a little twist to it so don't come thinking you're going to get a boring chicken sandwich or simple appetizers. This is both a compliment to the chef and warning to anyone not open to trying exciting new flavor mixes. The decor is pretty modern and cool. Not a bad seat in the house. This place is great for small or big groups. Looked like they also have a private large room on the side for special events. Service was great, food was amazing, and atmosphere was lively. Avenue American Bistro is almost always guaranteed to be full of people, but there's a reason that everyone loves to go there! The food is just great for those times when you're just extremely hungry and you'd like a little bit of everything! Their prices are honestly great for their portion sizes, almost everything is sharing size. The salad comes huge, the fries are stacked, the appetizers are all massive! I would definitely recommend any of the appetizers, you can't go wrong! I use Yelp to put us in line ahead of time because there's usually a wait, but it's not so bad if you didn't want to use yelp. It also seems as though they have a banquet for events! Definitely recommend giving this place a shot.

We had a very good experience at Avenue. We both had tacos, I had the sweet heat shrimp, based on a recommendation from our server, Sarah, and my wife had the Baja fish tacos. We would recommend both.mSarah was attentive and friendly, the food arrived quickly and it was hot when it arrived. We will definitely return when we are in town again.

The waitress put a very big emphasis on choosing a sauce, it seems like sauce is a very big deal here. They got a variety of sauces. I got to try a wing with the white house sauce (I don't remember the name), and it was pretty solid. Some fries for the table were also ordered, these were pretty tasty as well, especially with the sauce. For my entree I got the chicken feta wrap. Once again, the sauce that was leftover from the wings really carried it. I thought it was just alright on its own, it was missing a little punch of flavor that the sauce helped out with. Overall, really good experience. Check it out if you're in the area!

Outstanding meal and experience. During August many New Orleans restaurants have a separate three course fixed price menu. We ordered from that menu.My wife and I both had the fried oyster appetizer on a bed of slaw. The oysters were cooked perfectly and the slaw was excellent. We also both had the crab cake which also came with slaw. I am always hesitant to order crab cakes because I am usually disappointed. These were come of the best crab cakes I have ever had. The quality of the jumbo lump crab meat was first rate.The meal also included dessert. My wife had key lime pie and I had a brownie with ice cream. They were delicious- and huge! After being open only five weeks I expected some glitches. There were none. The service was excellent.Highly recommended.

My recommendation would be the brisket or wood-fired chicken nachos with a nod towards the chicken. The food is prepared fresh and brought to immediately when prepared whether the rest of the tables dish is ready or not. Although this may seem a little different than most places. I like it because your food is brought out as soon as it's ready. And usually your table mates food follows very shortly after. They have craft cocktails which are delicious and sound delicious for those I haven't had. Staff is very attentive and the ambiance is actually very laid back.

The waitstaff...absolutely amazing!!!Let's get into the food:Onion Soup- flavor is on point. Cheese perfectly melted throughout and the onions were present and perfectly cooked. General tso's Cauliflower- this was bomb af! Flavor amazing. Crispy and sauced to perfection. Parm Fries- shoestring fries, extra crispy, fresh garlic and parm...no complaints!Korean Brisket Tacos- can't say anything! I'm busy scraping my plate!!Every thing here, including the sauce, is made from scratch and you can taste it. Don't hesitate...run to this place, sit your a** down and eat!!!!
