Really pissed off im sitting here pregnant and I called the store about a Uber Eats deal so I can add more bacon on my food and the guy that was answering the phone told me to add it on extra but I told him it didn’t give me an option to do that and he said put it in the special instructions and I told him that it was no option for it so he told me to just place the order and he would add the bacon so I called after I placed the order to make sure he got my order and put the bacon on there. He said he clocked out and the pizza already done, so why would you tell me as a customer you would put pizza on my bacon knowing you couldn’t do tha and why didn’t you associate that with your coworker before making my pizza or clocking out and why didn’t you get permission from a manager ? The manger got on the phone and in mid of explaining to her what happen she hangs on me and I called back twice and they would answer and hang up. This is very unprofessional instead of letting her employee know he was wrong she hangs up in my face while talking. That was very rude and disrespectful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered the viral tik tok pizza , they gave me a pizza with bacon and jalapeños on it. WASNT WHAT I ASKED FOR! They didn’t accommodate me for making THE WRONG pizza. The worker I talk to was very rude and up tight! I will never go here ever again ! Very trashy customer service!!!

I’ve ordered 2 pizzas (delivery) the delivery was fast but the pizzas horrible, very bad. I requested light sauce and tjey ad a lot, requested extra cheese and tjey put less than normal. The taste of the sauce was very bad. Need to check the Dominos procedure.
