Papa Romano's Pizza & Mr. Pita

I thought food was supposed to be warm when delivered. I guess I payed for a microwave pizza that takes over an hour by ordering through them

I recently had THE BEST large, thin crust pizza with ham, pineapple, and mushrooms from Papa Romanos’s and Mr. Pita of Wayne. It was loaded with toppings and was delicious.

Totally worse place my chicken was horrible my husband sub was totally wrong tried to call the man was rude I told him we ordered a steak sub bit only wanted steak lettuce and mayo they puton extra onion and mushrooms which my husband hates never going to this place again

Ordered a four cornered pizza, the guy claimed it would be 20 minutes. Took over 30 minutes. The nerve of him to get an attitude when asked is my food was ready its been over 20 minutes, when it wasn't and I said you told me that it was 20 minutes. He replied don't you see all the other customers I have, I don't know why you come here! At the time I only seen one customer in the store so...If I had known it was like this here I would have never came but I won't after this. Plus the pizza was flavorless!

The food was great. the whole family loved it. The only bad thing was that I ordered a pizza on the app and set time and had to wait fifteen minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Not the workers' fault. He was the only one there.

I ordered over the phone simply asked for two large pepperoni,bacon and onions on the pizza I waited a long time till I came up then I went inside and the guy didn't even start my order and didn't even give what's on the pizza I asked then said he put it in the oven and couldn't fix it well at the end when he gave me my pizza he said to me he fixed them but there's a extra 5 dollar charge ? How are you gonna run a business but not ask me first before doing that. Not only that but you can't understand the mf

The food is always hot and fresh and on point! The couple that runs the restaurant are very kind.

First time I have ordered here, I got the chicken Caesar salad. I got ranch, Caesar dressing and Greek dressing on the side because I've never had any from here and I wanted to try each one out. The Greek was sweet but kind of had a watery taste, the ranch was alright, but the Caesar dressing was great! The salad itself was alright, there for some large pieces or the core of the lettuce in it, which doesn't hold a lot of flavor, but the croutons, Parm and chicken were great. My fiance got the crispy chicken pita with honey Dijon and he said it was pretty good, no complaints. Overall, I'd give it another try with different items as well.

I tried this location for dinner for the second time. The first time was not the best but I must say there was vast improvement in the attitude of the staff. They took my order and had it ready in no time. They were pleasant and the atmosphere much improved. We had an extra large pizza that was prepared to perfection. The food is always good at Papa Romano's.
