Waited well over 2 hours for a delivery order. When I called the restaurant the order still had not been sent out for delivery. Had to cancel the order after 2.5 hours of waiting. Was told that door dash was delivering the order and not an employee of the store. No communication that door dash would be delivering the order and not the store. Horrible customer experience and very frustrating.
This location didn’t deliver one of our pizzas and caused us to have the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. Left on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. Call center hung up on us as well and accused us of being disrespectful after being hung up on repeatedly.

Sorry my last order was done wrong and today was a total mess there was only one girl for the entire operation. I called it in two hours earlier for a pick up And it was 45 minutes late there was 13 people waiting on the lobby and the phone was ringing and ringing when I did get waited on the girl couldn't find my order so we started a new one and then it popped up.i called two hours early so they could have plenty of time to make it when my order popped up it had not even been started additionally I had planned that I would miss five minutes of the football game not 45 minutes of itI will be some considerable time before I go back

Complete imbeciles, ordered two pizzas, 3 bread sticks delivered. Only one pizza showed up. Called to fix problem put me on hold on the counter for a half an hour, then hung up without saying a word. Wife called they also refused to help and hung up on her. Said they were busy.

That young white girl needs to go. Idk her name but she looks depressing, she slid me my pizza box instead of handing it to me. Her tone was very dull, because she has no customer service skills. I didn’t even feel compelled to say thank you because she didn’t even make me feel like I had to. Then pointed towards the plastic bag and said I can grab one if I needed one. Like umm? Aren’t you supposed to do that?

Overall this place is pretty nice. I would say that the store probably needs more to it. Quality of food is good but for the size of area, needs something more to it. I can say they have a little corner area with some arcade machines.

The cashier which was an older lady was very nice. Whoever the young lady was working there today on 12-17-23 @ 4:36pm needs to learn some customer service. She could probably learn a lot from the older cashier who was very pleasant. This young lady yelled towards me three times asking my name for my order when the cashier lady told her the ticket number several times. I don't understand why she kept looking and yelling at me and then she grabbed my pizza out of the holder and tossed it aggressively across the counter. She took my order over the phone too and was rushing me with my order but when I got there, they were not even busy. Please replace her. ?? (I was just in a heated argument so she is very, VERY lucky I held my composure)Other than that, the pizza (meat lovers) was ok. Could've cooked it a lil longer. I air fried it for 5 min.
Phone service sucks, also pricing Apparently changes at any given time at theWayne location. They keep it up they will be out of business soon.
