I called at 5:09 PM on Christmas Eve to confirm your hours and was told you were open until 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:52 PM to find the location dark and closed, with staff gone. I drove a long way specifically for a Christmas Eve dinner and relied on the information provided by your team. This wasted significant time and fuel and ruined my plans. I’d appreciate an explanation for why I was given incorrect hours and what you’re doing to prevent this from happening to other customers.

My goto Quiznos out of the three despite them being more frugal here! For example, they charge me for petty stuff like ranch on side that other locations like Farmington or Livonia don't. It comes on sub already so makes no sense how extra? lol
I still leave a tip tho and know it's not personal, just the economy or owners perhaps! Who rly knows? The lady works afternoons is always pleasant too, rather late night or lunch rush during day she's great. Ha, we had a whole heart-to-heart convo when the company discontinued & removed thee iconic raspberry lemonade months ago! LOL😂
I wish the Quiznos company would bring back the raspberry lemonade and add more locations back even tho it's likely wishful thinking bc of corporate greed. That's how the brand ruined the chain and why so few locations remain after mass closures. My point is that a local Quiznos would be nice instead of my 30 min drive to here or Livonia

I placed an order online through their website and when the person that was doing delivery didn’t deliver my food I called the store because my receipt specifically said contact about issues with delivery and they said I needed to go through door dash or uber but the issue is I didn’t use any of those websites I used Quiznos app like the actual app for food and I have been calling the store to speak with a manager about everything but nobody has answered and then when I did get ahold of someone they said they will have the manager call and it’s been a week now and I’m still calling

I ordered a seafood sandwich and was asked if I wanted the old bay seasoning on the sandwich and I said yes. The server did mention that it came with all this extra stuff including bacon! I don’t eat pork so had I known that part I would’ve told them no! I called to see if the sandwich could be remade and the owner/manager or whoever she is said she’d offer me a discount! That’s totally unacceptable! Some places are so cheap and would rather lose a customer over one sandwich because I’ll NEVER go back to this location ever because this is an example of poor customer service! If I was never offered that option, I would’ve got what I came in for! Wish I could give less than 1 or 0 stars! $15 down the drain!!

i came to this local quiznos sandwich spot and the owner was yelling at this poor young boy, i ordered the stake sub and it was moldy i asked for a redund immediately they said no and argued with me never going here again.
The 8-inch chicken carbonara sub served on freshly baked Rosemary bread, is the best EVER. I call at least once a week to order one of these, she has it ready when I walk in, $11.

Wow. I thought Quiznos was gone! It's been literally 20 years since I had one of their delicious subs. The girl working behind the counter was fast and friendly. I will come back here. I also heard there is another one in Livonia. So Good! Price is good!

We miss Quiznos in the Lansing area. We drove quite a ways to get lunch here. The server was very good. Had everything under control. Food was just like we miss here.y husband said he definitely wants to drive to this one again. Oh, and the small donut shop next door was a great desert. They were the best donuts I've ever had.
