Absolutely insane how the manager of this store doesn’t know what comes in each of the discovery boxes and wants to refuse a refund or replacements lol. Would rather be wrong and extremely disrespectful rather than owning up to their MISTAKE and fixing an order. An employee literally said “I’m not going to fight with her (the manager)” and refused to fix what they messed up.

If I could give 0 stars I would this place is a joke! After 12 am good luck getting an order. It’s always closed early or no one will speak on the mic. Just change your hours at this point. Always a line of customers yet your workers don’t want to take orders. Makes no sense when they are inside the store!

Every time I come to this Taco Bell, without fail, they mess my order up. The staff is inattentive and doesn’t pay attention to customers standing at the counter for 15+ minutes. They are constantly burning and undercooking food, leaving orders to get cold and soggy. Not a good Taco Bell, quality control is not on their radar

NO STARS!!! Fire the manager! He is rude and unaccomodating. I live in the neighborhood and frequent this establishment. I ordered a chalupa and asked for it to be made fresh. He REFUSED saying everything is made fresh. The last time I was there the same guy said the same thing and I just went with it. When I got home, which is less than 1 minute away, my chalupa was cold and the shell was hard around the edges. NOT FRESH. This guy has the worst customer service and attitude ever. Unacceptable!

Every single taco that I had was falling apart and soggy the only thing that they got right was the nachos and cheese And then I went to call them about my order and they’re not answering the phone. It’s going to a voicemail straight to a voicemail at that. If I could give negative starts I damn sure would. Oh, they did give me a good 50 packets of sauce

Got supreme dorito tacos and it came with just meat and cheese no lettuce no tomatoes and I ordered it with onion and sour cream on all of them got nothing but meat and cheese on a supreme dorito taco. Asked for no red sauce on my bean burrito add sour cream. No sour cream but sure was charged for it. Nacho supreme that again only had meat and cheese and nacho cheese with a dab of sour cream. So my whole order was wrong. When I called to let them know they either gave me the wrong order or messed my order up and no one would answer the phone. This has to be thee worst location. Sad taco bell was the legend of go to's but now nope. Dude didn't even throw napkins in but I guess with no toppings he didn't think I'd need them. All in all 👎all the way down.

Ordered nachos and cheese it tasted like chemicals. Asked if I could replace with a cheaper item staff refused snatched my food and threw it away. I already had to wait 15-20 minutes for my original order.

Went through drive through and order was wrong several times. They took my order wrong at the speaker. I tried to correct it and they didn’t change my order. When I got to the window I corrected my order again and they still gave me the wrong food. When I said something they refused to correct my order a third time.

Had to go back after a drive-thru order. 50% of the order was wrong or missing. Took another 30 minutes to fix it, and it was still incorrect. See pics of tostada, and remade tostada. Very disappointed.
