I sat down in the resurant and ate lunch while having a small conversation with the owner and he seemed like a pretty cool AMERICAN... Went through the drive through a few weeks later and my order was totally the opposite. Extra lettuce and sour cream when I spoke English to the speaker guy and specifically said no lettuce and no sour cream. So when I got home. Well... I gave it all to my neighbor wich is let's just say, He's a little more needy than me.

Service was fairly quick, and the staff were friendly — the lady even gave my pup a treat! Unfortunately, my food arrived cold and wasn’t warm at all. Hoping for better food temperature next time.

Well.... The drive thru service was speedy. Hardly have to wait. My issue is with the beef supreme burrito. This a the second time a got one from this location and it was made just like the last time, very sloppy and hardly any beef. Didn't taste good at all!

After after having the police called on me because the manager didn't want to do my online order that was already paid for I should have known to never come back here again. This is a beefy 5 layer overfilled along with 2 cheesy double beef burritos. Ordered Nov 7th at 7:20 horrible burrito building by this shift. Go to the Taco Bell around the corner on Wayne rd. They are corporate owned unlike this place which is a franchise. This location should be closed down or switched to being corporate owned.

Food was trash our chalupa shells were so hard you couldn’t even eat them. The 5 layers had no sour cream beef or nacho cheese all beans. We didn’t get our sides of sauce and the food was definitely not worth $30+ I wouldn’t even give this to a stray dog. Normally we have great service here this time it was trash.
They're slow and unprofessional if you need fast food I recommend going to a different location

Holy moly, customers are waiting it's 8:40, I'm doing a door dash and inside and they haven't even prepared the order. It's been over a half hour. They got mad at other customer when asked whats going on. Poor attitude, floor is all sticky and filthy. Would not recommend coming here unless you want old soggy food with bad service.

The last few times I've gone there whether it was night or day shift bean burritos were skimpy. They didn't offer napkins or sauce and tacos were always soggy like they've been sitting there!!! I'll drive to the Westland on Wayne Rd before I go back there!
