I normally visit the location at least once a week. However the employees look sad/mean majority of the time. The owner doesn't speak he looks angry. Just no personality. But there's one young lady who makes my sandwich whose very pleasant. However she wasn't there yesterday. To make a long story short. I canceled my order and requested a refund. I'll try a different location. Please look into customer service training, for staff/management....

Last 3 orders have been poor quality, barely any meat on flat wraps. Always glob to much ranch, always soaked. Bread always hard. Plus smoothies have been wrong alot lately. Don't know why keep going here but its close. All other tropical smoothies have been great but this place dont know what issue is with them

This place irritates me i don’t know why i keep giving them chances on making my smoothie all these new hires standing around and talking. they cant ever make my smoothie how it supposed to be made. i spend almost 10$ on crap! that don’t even taste right they put to much ice and always trying to move fast rushing, always have an attitude. the manger need to stop hiring all these teenage girls and properly train them correctly and stop trying to serve people just anything. they be in there to busy trying to look cute! MAKE MY DAMN SMOOTHIE RIGHT!

I get tropical smoothie from the Warren rd location very often and it’s great. This is the first and last time I’ll go to the Michigan ave one in Wayne. It’s not even blended. Chunks of ice. a chia banana boost not blended sucks! Spent around $30 on smoothies and all 4 are terrible

Worst tropical smoothie I have ever gone to. Manager was extremely rude. I walk in to make a purchase and use the restroom because I’m pregnant and he starts getting loud with me not public restroom. Like my purchase ment nothing to him. He needs to learn customer service or he shouldn’t work there. I just moved over this way and love tropical smoothie but I will never come to this location again

There is one server there that has a terrible disposition. I went to use my rewards and it wouldn’t take it and she said there was nothing she could do when I’ve been to plenty and she could have manipulated the system in order for me to use it, but she didn’t. She didn’t even try. She’s terrible. I wish I knew her name she does just enough and my drink wasn’t even made right she said almonds aren’t considered a supplement clearly they are. I’m gonna report this franchise

Worst tropical smoothie I have ever been too in all of the states I’ve lived in. They never have anything in stock. No bowls, no eggs etc. came here two weeks ago and today they still don’t have eggs. Only reason I come is because it’s close to my job
I placed a delivery order for three wraps and three smoothies, but I only received 1 of the three smoothies. When I tried to call the store about my missing smoothies, the call would not go through, there was just a message saying the call couldn't be placed.

young girls- have many young boys in the store. on the counters and walking behind the opening. causing issues with service for other days. closing early on multiple days- the smoothies are subpar half the time filled with water? order online? oh ur still gonna wait 15 minutes for ur smoothie. only kid in there that knows whats going on is the little white girl up front.

Any RESTAURANT that doesn’t give a restroom to PAYING customers is a 1 star restaurant in my book. If I could do zero stars I would. No sign outside, I ordered my food, went to use a restroom, nope. I will not be back here again, if they don’t care about the paying customers I don’t care to give them my business.

Went there 20 mins before closing they refused to help because I didn't have a debit card or credit card told her I was paying cash and was told sorry we already did closing and can't take cash. Who does closing 20 mins early? So you lost a 6 smoothie order will never come back again horrible service and bad way to treat customers .
