I get tropical smoothie from the Warren rd location very often and it’s great. This is the first and last time I’ll go to the Michigan ave one in Wayne. It’s not even blended. Chunks of ice. a chia banana boost not blended sucks! Spent around $30 on smoothies and all 4 are terrible

Worst tropical smoothie I have ever gone to. Manager was extremely rude. I walk in to make a purchase and use the restroom because I’m pregnant and he starts getting loud with me not public restroom. Like my purchase ment nothing to him. He needs to learn customer service or he shouldn’t work there. I just moved over this way and love tropical smoothie but I will never come to this location again

There is one server there that has a terrible disposition. I went to use my rewards and it wouldn’t take it and she said there was nothing she could do when I’ve been to plenty and she could have manipulated the system in order for me to use it, but she didn’t. She didn’t even try. She’s terrible. I wish I knew her name she does just enough and my drink wasn’t even made right she said almonds aren’t considered a supplement clearly they are. I’m gonna report this franchise

I placed a delivery order for three wraps and three smoothies, but I only received 1 of the three smoothies. When I tried to call the store about my missing smoothies, the call would not go through, there was just a message saying the call couldn't be placed.

young girls- have many young boys in the store. on the counters and walking behind the opening. causing issues with service for other days. closing early on multiple days- the smoothies are subpar half the time filled with water? order online? oh ur still gonna wait 15 minutes for ur smoothie. only kid in there that knows whats going on is the little white girl up front.

So incredibly expensive for the lowest quality. Like why I got 1 singular strip of bacon down the middle of my sandwich for $9
Any RESTAURANT that doesn’t give a restroom to PAYING customers is a 1 star restaurant in my book. If I could do zero stars I would. No sign outside, I ordered my food, went to use a restroom, nope. I will not be back here again, if they don’t care about the paying customers I don’t care to give them my business.

Went there 20 mins before closing they refused to help because I didn't have a debit card or credit card told her I was paying cash and was told sorry we already did closing and can't take cash. Who does closing 20 mins early? So you lost a 6 smoothie order will never come back again horrible service and bad way to treat customers .

Close this location. Unprofessional. Called business phone don't ring just busy. To get up there to still patronize the establishment and ask to speak to a manager due to they made two charges on my card one was reverse so wanted to speak with him to fix it for them to tell me he was on the phone. Mind u phone not even ringing just beeping or hanging up so I feel it was a lie. Thank God im not press for no money. I waited almost 30 mins nd left. Just rude.

This time I ordered a Chia Banana Boost, they punched it in and after I asked for extra dates they told me they had none.. So you weren't going to tell me when I ordered it only when I asked for extra?
Got a carribean jerk chicken wrap and it was the smallest one ive ever gotten from tropical. I would honestly like my money back because I order this all the time at the ford rd location, troy location and even henderson nevada location. It was half the size of what I usually get.
Honestly, go to any other Tropical Smoothie and you will be greeted with a smile, they are knowledgable and you get more for your money.
Corporate needs to check in on this store!!
