I've been here a few times, the service is always a little rude. The staff seems annoyed that I'm ordering each time I come in.
This time I ordered a Chia Banana Boost, they punched it in and after I asked for extra dates they told me they had none.. So you weren't going to tell me when I ordered it only when I asked for extra?
Got a carribean jerk chicken wrap and it was the smallest one ive ever gotten from tropical. I would honestly like my money back because I order this all the time at the ford rd location, troy location and even henderson nevada location. It was half the size of what I usually get.
Honestly, go to any other Tropical Smoothie and you will be greeted with a smile, they are knowledgable and you get more for your money.

attempted to go to this location for the 8am-9am 3.99 smoothie deal. what a mistake. thinking where everything went wrong was going in about 20 minutes early to confirm the deal (even though it was posted on the door.) at 7:59am, a man who presented himself as the owner, put a closed sign on the door. i asked him, “what was going on?” he stated, “we had a really big order come in we have to close!” i told him we had been waiting in the parking lot for the deal that starts at 8 and asked if we would still be able to get that. he then acted like he didnt know the deal was going on so i pointed to it on the door. he pressed forward, “well, why didnt you come in?” i told him i did come in and was told to come back at 8 and he was more than welcome to review his cameras to back this. this resulted in me being told that this isnt how you go about getting things done and telling me i was lacking respect. i guess his idea of respect is subservience and begging…all i was doing was asking questions. what i really think is his cheap ass didnt wanna hand over a couple half off smoothies. been coming here for years, sadly, ill be looking for a new location.

Placed an order online. Went to pickup items and the smoothie was like water. Asked to get another one made and was meet with a very rude person named Nadia who refused to make another one even though it was below standards. She also said that her manager, Walter, would chew her out if she gave me another one despite her knowing and seeing that it was runny.

The pepple who work at the front are great but I'm always so disappointed in the food so I'm going to stick to the other location I prefer. I'm the past, they never had all of the ingredients for my usual order so I had to go elsewhere.
Today, I stopped at this location since it was on my way home and the kale apple slaw side I got was literally 2 forkfuls. I don't expect a huge side but this wasn't on at all!
I just wish it would get better but I won't know because I'm not going back.

Gave me a wrong order so. I was eating and I was like this didn't taste right so I brought what I did to eat back in didn't want to refund I just wanted a difference from what I actually ordered this girl gave me $0.15. how in the heck she cashier if she can't count. She can't figure out the difference between the two orders I was so annoyed I just left. She was too busy trying to talk to her friends and the manager just said her big ass back there and didn't do anything. How she replied when I told her my order was wrong is you ate some of it I can't give you a refund I wasn't asking for a refund I was asking for the difference which was reasonable. The fact I had to come back in there and I was on my lunch break was annoying in itself.

Never open on time. The girls are rude as hell. They don’t care about their customers. Much better places that appreciate our business. We have had as many as 20 of our trucks there in the mornings but as they can see we are going where they want the business.

I ordered an avocolada. Was given island green. Allergic to bananas. Not cool. You guys need to understand giving the wrong item to people is actually dangerous. It’s not okay to make that mistake. You actually have to read Ingredients if you don’t know how to make it. Someone shouldn’t have to pay a huge hospital bill or die because you felt too lazy to read instructions.

I had a very troubling experience at this Tropical Smoothie on October 15, 2024. I came in to grab lunch on my break from work I headed towards the restroom to relieve myself. I will stop by an African-American gentleman probably 40-ish who told me I could not use their bathroom. I immediately asked him if there was anything wrong with the bathrooms and his reply was no, but you can't use them. I expressed to him that after I finish the bathroom plans to order to sit down and enjoy my lunch. But I couldn't hold my pee anymore because I'm pregnant. He said that I did not have permission to use their bathroom and it was at his discretion and he didn't have to let anyone use the bathroom. There were other pedestrians in the lobby of none African-American descent that were freely using the bathroom and enjoying their lunches. I asked to speak to the manager. The African-American man told me that he was the manager. I asked him for his name. He refused to give me his name or employee ID number. He also refused to give me the store number and told me that everything that I needed I needed to know could be found online. I expressed to him that I was pregnant and press for time because my lunch break is only 30 minutes and I really just needed to use the bathroom and plan on ordering lunch. He continue to refuse to give me access to the restroom. Even though the restroom was working fine and there were no signs restricting its use. he was sitting with the older white man and I honestly felt like he was trying to impress him he kept looking at him for reassurance every time I said anything to him with a stupid smirk on his face. I felt completely humiliated. It was extremely embarrassing. It felt like the entire interaction with him was to tear me down, be nasty, exercise privilege, and authority over me in front of a non-black audience. It was sexist and racist. I honestly wanted to cry.
