There is nothing but lazy females who work here i ordered through door dash and they messed up my order horribly i had to walk up to the store to make them correct it so i paid for door dash for no reason ! Then today i have my fiancé go up there to get me a smoothie and a chicken bacon ranch the little who*e rings me up for a chipotle chicken flat bread my fiancé didn’t even notice until he just got home now he has to go back and be late for work ! I have a stomach condition i cannot have chipotle sauce!!!! They are very inconsiderate and i hope they fire their staff and do better !!! There is nothing but bad reviews on this location!!!

Says time they close was 9 o'clock but I got there at 803 and they were already closing everything up. Could only pay with a card. Had to have my smoothies made Twice and both times they didn't taste good. Almost like they're not putting enough fruit in or they're putting in too much ice. Plus they were not hospitable at all. It was like we were inconveniencing them while we were there.

Good food and smoothies if a bit over priced never get a small price difference is so little your better off getting a large and splitting it into 2 smalls
I usually am here a minimum of twice a week as it’s fairly close to where I work. Everyone’s attitude sucks here, always. No matter how polite or how much you say please and thank you with a smile. Last time I’ll be here I’ll drive the extra few miles for a smoothie. I used to always tip a few dollars each time because I know how it feels to work in the restaurant/customer service industry. I quit tipping though. I’m sure it’s hard to keep people employed now days but I will take my money elsewhere.

They rush making the smoothies that they have no flavor and when I went to ask for a remake they stated that I can buy another to get a remake just to more than likely get the same nasty stuff. Ended up getting a refund and told that no same tropical cafe makes their smoothies the same. Completely unprofessional

I’m done with this location. It’s very ghetto I don’t like how you can’t call in your orders because they don’t take phone orders. They don’t even answer the phone at all. . Today I had to let them go do to them for Premaking my açaí bowl lettin the fruit sit for hours instead of cuttin the fruit fresh . I was very displeased with the way it was made and asked them to fix it because I’ve been orderin it long enough to know how it’s made , the lil girl wanted to go back and forth instead of fixin it! I left

Ordered on app... came in on time that app suggested and my order was sitting on counter top. I asked staff to check if my order was up after 2 minutes and she was too busy to read the name correctly or to take the time to make sure that she heard me pronounce my name. instead, she looked over my order saying it was not made yet. I waited 7 minutes as my order sat on the counter before I received it. I seen another employee roll her eyes because a customer asked her to just hand her sandwich to her instead of bagging it because she really needed to get to work. Very busy today and only 2 employees preparing orders, they looked stressed and unfriendly. I will travel a few mile away to another Tropical Smoothie for better service and a friendlier environment:/

This is the worst TSC I have ever been too and I hate they are the closest ones to my house. My delivery order has literally been wrong the last 3x I've ordered and yet I still continued to give them a chance!!My order was missing a 20oz BOTTLE of coke ($2.29)... they refunded me for a FOUNTAIN coke ($1.38?!?!)- not even close to what I paid.I have YET to get the Chia Pudding Bowl with the yogurt and banana it COMES WITH because its ALWAYS made wrong. When you try to call, it just rings.This is honestly just a tidbit of how bad it is, because I could continue to go on! I would give them no stars if I could, but like I said- its the closest one so sucks for me!!

Love It Here! The Staff Is Always Kind & Welcoming, The Prices are fair, it’s always clean, they make your smoothies VERY FAST, and it’s never a long wait for anything. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I highly recommend
