Today I ordered over 30 dollars in sandwiches. They told me 45 min to a hour. At the one hour and 15 min mark I called to cancel my order. I was on hold for over 6 min to at least check on my order. They never picked up. So I called back for the next 20 min and it went to a voicemail. What a poor experience. Thank God I was paying cash at the door. I believe I would have had a sack of cool meat and soggy bread. Not today tubbys...you can fix your phone and keep that sack of trash.

Could have deals and attract local business for lunch. Upsetting..less meats and higher prices than the original in Troy. Wasted plenty of money here. Good people, terrible ownership. Way to kill local franchise name. Not even consistently jank. Nothing to do with you employees. Just your spec.

Why in the world would you have a coffee shop that doesn't open till 10 a.m.? Drive past this place EVERY morning at 8:30 a.m. on my way to work and would love to get a coffee. Just a small tip, more than half the population prefers to drink coffee in the morning. Guess you just can't handle the morning rush. Your loss.
I ordered a 45.00 order through grubhub. 2 of my subs totaling 18.00 the bread was soggy half way down the buns, could not even eat them. I contacted grubhub and was informed by them that Tubbys refused to replace or refund those two subs. Im very disappointed in the customer on both parts especially spending as much as i did. The fact that they refused to help us when the food was horrible is the worst service. I have never had an issue with an other restaurant with replacement or a refund if i do have a issue. But this restaurant, TUBBYS I DID !!!!
