I needed 100 wing dings made Saturday for a party and when I went and grabbed my regular order, they had them ready in 20 min and i was able to get them with my carry out. I thought I had to make a second trip. They rock!

Bad job cooking my fish June 9th. Whoever cooked my catfish June 9th, 2024 did a terrible job my fish was undercooked. I couldn't even eat it. I threw it out. I didn't want to be sick. I should of took it back to wallys and gave it to them. I won't eat here anymore food undercooked makes you sick. I need to report this issue to Hell's kitchen and BBB.

On two separate occasions, weeks apart I’ve bitten into fries that taste like mildew. The fish tasted like old grease. I use to love this place everything use to be fresh but now i won’t return.

Latrice helped me out today. She is so kind & full of smiles. I had the best lemon pepper chicken tenders, so juicy and flavorful. Not to mention the fries were great & crispy. Gonna be hard to stay away. I'm gonna try the fish next time! Thank you Latrice for your kindness & great food!-melissa

Really Mr Wallace.. I had just left your establishment today, on January02, 2024. And when I got home. I said, if you're doing this, I will NEVER buy any more food from you anymore.I asked for a perch sandwich. Only 2 small overcooked pieces of fish.Never will you steal my money for thus again.

Wally, Wally, Why? I just can't anymore. I just tried to eat this food but I had to stop. I pray I don't get sick!! I want to say a lot right now. The food was very questionable. I see you're back with that precooked chicken again and it was overcooked. The fries were obviously frozen for to long and then cooked. Blah. Needless to say you've finally lost me and my family for life! I'm sorry Wally. If you're going to raise your prices raise your Quality. I'm so sad you used to be a go to. I feel my stomach just told me No Mas!!
