Every time I come here i’m waiting about 20 minutes whether it’s in line or inside. Somehow after waiting that long you would think the food is hot? No it isn’t. The staff is rude, they’re always cursing and it’s just overall horrible.

Worst Wendy’s. Staff always loud, goofing off and being unprofessional. When I go through the drive through, I’m always waiting at the speaker to order for about 5-10 minutes, no cars in front of me…what are these guys doing and who manages this place?

Horrible experience tonight didnt even get some of my food just to go back ad got a 6 piece and I paid for a 10 piece just horrible service all because they were in a rush to leave closing at 11:30 shouldn't have never taking my order if you I wasnt going to get what I paid for will definitely be up to complain as soon as yall open and I wont be but.

The Wendy's double burgers was black. Old meat paddles. The chicken nuggets looked like they were overcooked,dark Brown and hard. We wanted baked potatoes, but they said they were out. And it was only 630 at night. So we got french fries, which, turn out to be very dark, Brown and hard. I was told by quite a few people that the hamburger meat was old hamburger patties that you use to make the chili with

My husband was just there and ordered 3 JUNIOR BACON biggie bags just for us to get 3 BURNT double stacks instead. Everytime we try to give yall the benefit of doubt and yall cant even read an order correctly. Also your manger is rude and always has an attitude. She is rude to customers who leave bad reviews due to her incompetence working there. Save your money and go to the one on Wayne rd between Cherry hill and Avondale.

The pit I felt walking into this establishment was immobilizing. It’s like my feet were trying to turn me around to get out of there. Nonetheless, I went inside, I was pleasantly greeted by a very kind employee named DENISHA. If it weren’t for Denisha, this place would have zero stars from me. Every other staff member ASIDE from Denisha was extremely rude and unprofessional. So much so, I heard all of the workers dropping B and F bombs about the people in the drive thru. Literally screaming. Meanwhile their lobby consists of diners, as well as a little girl and her father right next to me trying to order with Denisha but finding it hard to talk over the employee in the background yelling/cussing about the customer in the drive thru. It was disgusting. Anyone who can wear a uniform of any kind and conduct themselves that way while on the clock should be ashamed of themselves. The point of my review though is to commend Denisha and hope that the owner sees this. She is an amazing and welcoming and hard working employee. Don’t let her slip through the cracks because the rest of your staff is not up to par. THANK YOU DENISHA for making me smile and being such a great employee.

Dont do uber Eats late at night, you have a big order they give the driver one bag, and no drinks when there's multiple drinks on the order, also dont proply seal the bags for deliveries
