I ordered the 20 Wings with Large Fries deal. Selecting 5 Wings with Sweet Chili Glaze and 15 Wings with Garlic Parmesan. What I received was 10 wings coated in each sauce instead of the specified value. That wasn't that bad because I still received 20 total wings. The fries were the worst offender. They were dark brown, soggy, and lacking in flavor. It looked and tasted as if they were fried in old oil. Unfortunately, I failed to look at the overall review of this location before ordering. Had I done that, I would have ordered somewhere else. The fries didn't appear or taste fresh and the quantity of wings were wrong. Simple mistakes that could have easily been controlled. Based on this location's overall score (along with the 2 nearest locations having matching or worse scores) WingStop as a whole does not seem to care much about quality control. The only thing that saved the meal I ordered was that the flavor of the wings I ordered tasted very good. Not sure if I'm willing to risk ordering from WingStop again just for the taste if the quality of my order is likely to be questionable.

On November 10th at 6:21 PM, I placed an order from this Wingstop through DoorDash, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this chain. If I could give zero stars, I would. The wings were soggy with barely any sauce , and the fries were old. Halfway through eating my fries, I discovered bugs in my food. This is completely unacceptable, and this location needs to be inspected immediately. Avoid at all costs.

The bag was not well secured with a sticky label partly loosened and questionable. And the text said a female was delivering and clearly a male delivered my food. I never used door dash because I was afraid of my food being violated. I will never again and stick to the restaurants that have their own delivery people.

They were extremely rude and would refuse to serve us midway as we were placing the order, saying it was online only even though we were in the middle of an order. Never gave an explanation even after we asked for one. The people there had a horrible attitude. Don't know how these people have jobs. Avoid at all cost

pick up order went well. the coke could be more ~crispy~ /flavorful. the fries were soggy but covered in seasoning& cheese so i didnt mind as much. chicken was hot garlic parm/lemon pepper flavors decent enough. not the best chicken restaurant but it was worth trying.
