Horrible experience. Wings were dry like really dry!! I almost forgot I ordered wings with sauce on it. If I wasn't on a lunch break and didn’t leave I would've asked for a FULL refund. The food was THAT bad. And the store was filthy. Man gave me a cup that was just laying on the counter. 🤮

Well I won't ever go there to eat. Probably not for delivery either unless it's paying really well. I personally am tired of businesses. These other drivers just roll with it. People waste our gas and time all day long. It's bad enough the customers do it. Stop ordering places 10 minutes before they close. Use your brain.. no one's hanging out in a parking lot waiting for you to place an order. You have to give the driver time to get there. Then if they are anything like this place and decide not to make the food because they're about to close, you just wasted someone a trip going there. Uber does not pay for dry runs. Between customers, businesses and Uber you all really need to get it together! I come 3 minutes after you close and you don't have the order. Smh. Stop accepting orders 20 minutes prior then. Why are people able to order from you at this time if that's the case. Does that make sense?!?! A little bit of thinking and consideration goes a long way. I really don't like driving for fun. 0 stars!

Placed a door dash order at 6:00pm and 2 door dashers left due to wait time. Was told on the phone our order was stolen then was told it was there but no door dashers were willing to pick up our order after an hour of waiting. Asked to speak to the manager who was able to let me know our refund will be processed but didn’t sound very confident that it would be. Guess we’ll see..

I don’t if you guy close early on Halloween if so I think guys should put that somehwhere I put my order in before 12 and came to pick it up and they tell me that they don’t have my order because they are closed, with the doors unlocked at that. I’m just now stopping in through from being on a long flight this is a major inconvenience .
