Waited half an hour inside AFTER placing an online order, only for them to help everyone around me and ask my name again to realize they had it sitting there on the bottom rack getting cold. I checked the bag and was missing about half of my order. When I informed the worker that we were missing about half of our order, she caught an attitude and began being rude. After checking my receipt, She didn’t speak another word until she was handing me my entire second bag of food that was missed. Horrible service. Not to mention the lack of sauces and seasoning. Just horrible all around.

You know late night fast food dining has been so off for me lately ? that when I get good service ☺️ I have do my do diligence and leave a good review. My daughter ❤️ wanted wingstop last night ? so I had to go with delivery cause I couldn't drive to the restaurant. I decided to order something as well and being that I don't doordash alot and the history of bad service that I've experienced with fast food delivery my expectations were low. To my surprise ? my food was delivered on time, my order was correct, portion size was a thumbs up? the food I ordered was still warm upon delivery and delivery communication was on point. So thank you Wing Stop for your service excellence with this particular transaction.

The worst wingstop in Michigan hands-down! Unfortunately it’s my neighborhood wingstop and every other one is 15-17min away smh. They are always under staffed, if you have blood pressure problems beware because they over season everything, orders never come out accurate, if you take a glance at the picture you’ll see they obviously don’t clean the chicken ( very feathery). It’s just a big mess up there. I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog in hell!

The food was fresh and very tasty! The order was completed within the stated timeframe, the environment was clean, and the staff was courteous and professional. Thank you all for your service! My fiancée and I agreed that we will definitely be going back to this location. Okay , so I purchased an 8 piece traditional and I received a 6 piece. However I was offered the additional two pieces by manager Anthony , but it’s more of an inconvenience to go pick up ONLY TWO pieces of chicken. I should have be accommodated differently since there was an inconvenience due to them. I would have rather took the 6 pieces back && just be refunded then to take the time out of my day , waste gas and time to go pick up two pieces of chicken. I should have been offered a refund or a remake.

Ordered online. Came to pick up the rude lady at the counter said they didn’t have an order under my name. I showed her my phone and order number. She said well I don’t have it. I confirmed I was at the correct store with her and she said hang on. She FINALLY printed my order. We drove 20 to pick it up- and still had to over 20 mins to get the order. She was rude and disrespectful with no desire to help or even apologize for THEIR mistake. Will never come here again and will tell everyone I know not to either. Sad how bad customer service is lately.

Nothing special about this location. The wings were good, but since the quality of food has gone down since Covid you can expect average. The young lady who took my order seemed rude and rushed, as if I was bothering her. However, when I picked up the food I saw how busy she was. I could only see two workers (a cook and cashier) on a Sunday afternoon. That is low personnel for a busy day/time.I do like that they really cover the wings with sauce - not like BDubs that barely sauces their wings. There are two factors which will cause me to go back ... 1) the wings are not cooked in flour and 2) they are generous with the sauce flavor (as it should be).

My food is always delicious if I ever had any type of problem at this location the Managers always fixed and solved the issue. I went to pickup my online order last night with only two employees working and them employees/young ladies got them orders out. They were very professional and patient with their customers.

I firstly want to give props to the person who was working when I went in. Super kind and considerate, cared about the food being made to my liking, good attitude and energy, and made my order quickly. 10/10 on service for me.But the food… it just wasn’t good unfortunately. It was very fresh, it was sauced/seasoned well, but just wasn’t good. Boneless chicken had a chemical aftertaste, bone in chicken was so dry and barely had meat on it, the Parmesan garlic sauce was basically flavorless, melted butter with powdered Parmesan cheese, the boxes had pools of oil sitting at the bottom of the wings and oil covering the outside of the boxes, and the fries were unfortunately soggy. The price absolutely does not reflect the food being served. $30 dollars for two combos with such disappointing quality. I’ll be back to buy the ranch tho! I’ll just use it for dipping my dominos that’s right next door. Lol

The supervisor on the night shift on 8-25-23 was utterly rude to her new employee in front of customers n completely ruined my food all of it was ice cold like she poured cold BBQ sauce on it .. Garlic parm sauce all over everything n and my car and my work clothes electronics in my vehicle all ruined because she didn't bag it properly....all this could've been avoided had she been worried about her job n doing it instead of her own carryout from somewhere else she didn't get as she walked in when I arrived and she complained about as she walked in the store .... now they took my money n wouldn't make it right .... I hope something is done about this and never happens to anyone else and crazy part it was my first time there at a wing stop ever so needless to say I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK AND I HOPE NO ONE ASKS ME ABOUT HOW THE FOOD IS !!!!! I FEEL SORRY THE NEW GIRL WHO TOOK MY Initial order the person in charge treated her like she was a dog !!! There’s a location closer to my home, but I deliberately choose this location because of the outstanding service from the team… as soon as I walk in the door! Not to mention my orders have been correct and the customer service is amazing! The team works together and create a great atmosphere! I’d like to make special mention of two team members in particular: Cee Cee and Suszie! You guys are great at what you do!!! Keep up the great work!
