Friendly, kind & caring staff & good food. Generously offers meals to those who can't afford them via the local Church with coupons available to anyone who needs one, on the wall near the cashier. No gatekeepers on who can use the coupons.

Driving thru Michigan from Boston, and stumbled upon this absolute gem. Typical diner faire, but cooked with love and care, and attention to detail, and the wait staff was friendly and accommodating.

This is the kind of diner/restaurant experience that all attempt to be: welcoming, delicious, and memorable.

Stopped in after meeting in Lansing. Was intrigued by the name. Dakota was our server. A truly delightful person. We got breakfast which was huge portions. And my friend got a salad and slice of banana cream pie to go. Exceptional place that we highly recommend.
