On our way from Ludington to Mackinaw through the beautiful interior of Michigan, our path took us through Wellston, Michigan. We were hungry, and looking ahead we saw a cafe on the north side of the road with a parking lot full of vehicles. It looked quaint and inviting, so we wheeled our truck into the lot of ANNIE'S KOZY KITCHEN.

This is a great place and atmosphere. The food is amazing and the portions are more than generous. Never heard a complaint except maybe that it was too much food. Is there such a thing?? But yea I used to work for Annie as lead cook and alongside her cooking on the weekends. She is a great boss and friend but boss first. But the food is amazing so are the portions for real. Annie doesn't let people leave hungry. Be it customer or employee. The servers are also great friendly...
