The food is REALLY GOOD. 2 Stars because the first time i went.... went inside. Placed an order for 2 grinders. Told me amd my husband it would be 10 mins.
I ordered one grinding which was very burnt. When she handed me the sandwich she said “sorry it’s a little burnt it wasn’t burnt enough to remake or do anything about it” & my wings barely had any sauce on them. The fries were undercooked and soggy. we also ordered nachos without tomato and onion. Then when we got them it had tomato and onion. Very disappointed and very slow service .

This place reminds me of one of my favorite old grinder shops where I grew up, but they're missing something that's detracting from the taste I'm expecting. I think it's the quality of the cheese. The staff is friendly, but the food isn't overly consistent. The decor is old and kinda dank. I hope they update it, because business doesn't seem to be booming.
went to bellacinos wednesday at 6. no other customers were there. we ordered 2 sandwiches. we waited for 30 minutes while the 4 employees behind the counter talked with each other and on the phone. restaurant was dirty and the staff was rude, we weren't even greeted when we walked in. we love bellacinos, and the food was fine when we got it, but we will be going to a different location from now on because of the poor service and management.

Best pizza
We ordered two grinders and were told it'd be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later we still did not have our food. When we arrived there was nobody else there and 30 minutes later there was just one other couple. When we asked how much longer our food would be they said it was ready now and it appeared one woman was handling everything alone. She gave us our sandwiches and when we sat down the manager brought us silverware and asked if there was anything else was needed then turned around immediately and walked away before we could respond. No need to be rude to us, we were just looking to enjoy our lunch.
I ordered chicken wings. It tasted exactly like frozen Tyson wings. Tasted old, cold, and just gross. Probably the worst eating out wing experience ever.
