Chipotle Mexican Grill

The chicken was burnt crumbs. And when I got my chips they were burnt aswell. Alot of the tables were dirty with rice all over them. I wanted to return my chips so bad but I was already tired coming from work, every single chip had a loud burnt taste to it. IF YOU CAN TELL THAT BAGS OF CHIPS ARE BURNT WHY WOULD YOU STILL SERVE IT TO THE CUSTOMERS. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY. I WISH I WOULD HAVE JUST COOKED AT HOME.

Witnessed the manager telling an employee to not give so much food because it costs the company... should've been done privately. Kid was embarrassed.

yesterday i had ordered a pick up order and went to chipotle to retrieve it and they told me they were closed and tried toshut the door on me. after i told them i had already paid for my pick up order, they said it would take some time for the sandwich to be done. the staff was very rude about it. i waited for ten minutes in my car for the food to be brought out and it never was. thankfully, i contacted chipotle on the app and got a refund. however, chipotle should not be allowing peopple to place pick up orders if the store suddenly closed for the day. i was not even sure why it was closed at 11am on a wednesday. i am assuming it was short staffed, but once again chipotle should not be letting people place orders at a location that is closed. staff should also not be so rude.

always out of veggies. don't give a lot of meat. worst.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been too. 7 people working and they are out of rice and the place is a disaster lol

I have been to this location a couple times because it’s right next to my work. Every time I have come, I have a terrible experience. The first time I came, I ordered hardshell tacos and the employee said “I don’t know how to make that”…uhhh okay, can you maybe ask someone? Today I came and they only had one meat available, had a line to the door and several people waiting for mobile orders, but there was literally no staff on the line for about 15 minutes. Staff was sweeping, taking temperatures of the food etc. This location really needs some assistance from management.

Seems like most, if not all chipotles have horrible reviews. I went anyways. Take out order was made correctly and neatly.

Basically if you want good food and service don't come here. You're better off somewhere else. I found something foreign in food. Came at dinner and they were missing ingredients after coming after another location.

Ordered a take-out for 11:40 AM. I left at 12:15 PM. For the first 25 minutes, not one employee greeted me or said anything. The employees were walking around with no direction. 5-10 people tried to enter the establishment but the doors were locked. 5-10 people walked out because no one would greet/take their order. I have never experienced a more dysfunctional fast food restaurant.

There were 6 of us here at 11:40 am. The employees did not help us at all. They waited for like 15 minutes. PLEASE CHECK THE CAMERAS for Monday Dec 30 at 11:35-11:50 am. They all just stood there and did not help any of the customers at all. A lady with head phones in, a lady with red hair and glasses and a tall male. We all waited for over 10 minutes and the employees did not help ANYONE multiple people left. There were at least 10 of us here and people just kept leaving because they would not help us. Please investigate this matter
