Chipotle Mexican Grill

I paid $18 ($26 w/ delivery) and I received a bowl with rice and little to no meat at all, thats it. I ordered chicken, barbacoda, fajita veggies, corn, white rice and beans in a bowl for delivery. It arrives and I open something that looks like a homeless person wouldn't even eat it. Extremely dissatisfied.

Store is being run by kids. Went at dinner rush- queso was sold out, all the lemonades were empty and they couldn’t refill them- trashes were overflowing. Just plain dirty. Won’t be going back to this location.

The girl with pink hair gave terrible portions, I got double chicken, person in front of me got single. We got the same amount of chicken

Overstaffed , underwaiting on customers, sealed cases of product going out the front door. All the food was cold on site.

Worst fast food location I've ever visited. Today I was told they were closed at 12:45 as mobile orders were waiting to be picked up, and employees in the store. I've gone numerous times while they were supposed to be open, and the doors were locked. Employees clearly don't want to be there either. They just need to close the place at this point, cant imagine what buffoon they have as a manager.

Walked in and nobody working just standing and talking . The guy yells out only doing online orders??? Why??? This place has gone down hill .time 2:00 pm in the afternoon on 01/16/26. Regardless or weather No one was in the building.

I tried to call but a robot picked up. Just wanted to say thanks to whoever made my burrito bowl bc they actually put extra rice. 10/10 no notes thanks for a banging lunch ✨✨✨✨

Haven't been to Chipotle in a while since I've had terrible experiences at the one I'm closest to. Gf and I wanted burritos so we looked up the next closest. Should have looked at the reviews, awful experience. Out of chicken, white rice, and fajita veggies. The person making my burrito took the tray of empty chicken out and literally dripped water all over the inside of my burrito. That gross water that the trays sit in dripped all over my burrito and then he got annoyed when I asked for a new one. Go to Qdoba lol.

Also got a side of queso that was half full for $4 😂

Freezing cold with what felt like air conditioning blowing down on top of the food as you go down the line. Also really cold in the seating area and food was cold.
