Chipotle Mexican Grill

Haven't been to Chipotle in a while since I've had terrible experiences at the one I'm closest to. Gf and I wanted burritos so we looked up the next closest. Should have looked at the reviews, awful experience. Out of chicken, white rice, and fajita veggies. The person making my burrito took the tray of empty chicken out and literally dripped water all over the inside of my burrito. That gross water that the trays sit in dripped all over my burrito and then he got annoyed when I asked for a new one. Go to Qdoba lol.

Also got a side of queso that was half full for $4 😂

Freezing cold with what felt like air conditioning blowing down on top of the food as you go down the line. Also really cold in the seating area and food was cold.

I would give this Chipotle zero stars if this would let me. How does a restaurant whose entire menu revolves around tortillas manage to run out of them on a Saturday in the middle of the day? And it’s not a one-time fluke—this location has a pattern of incompetence. They routinely run out of guacamole, tortillas, and basic ingredients long before any normal lunch rush is over.

The staff here only add to the disaster. They are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping anyone. It’s honestly impressive how a place can fail at both customer service and keeping ingredients in stock. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

The chicken was burnt crumbs. And when I got my chips they were burnt aswell. Alot of the tables were dirty with rice all over them. I wanted to return my chips so bad but I was already tired coming from work, every single chip had a loud burnt taste to it. IF YOU CAN TELL THAT BAGS OF CHIPS ARE BURNT WHY WOULD YOU STILL SERVE IT TO THE CUSTOMERS. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY. I WISH I WOULD HAVE JUST COOKED AT HOME.

yesterday i had ordered a pick up order and went to chipotle to retrieve it and they told me they were closed and tried toshut the door on me. after i told them i had already paid for my pick up order, they said it would take some time for the sandwich to be done. the staff was very rude about it. i waited for ten minutes in my car for the food to be brought out and it never was. thankfully, i contacted chipotle on the app and got a refund. however, chipotle should not be allowing peopple to place pick up orders if the store suddenly closed for the day. i was not even sure why it was closed at 11am on a wednesday. i am assuming it was short staffed, but once again chipotle should not be letting people place orders at a location that is closed. staff should also not be so rude.

always out of veggies. don't give a lot of meat. worst.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been too. 7 people working and they are out of rice and the place is a disaster lol

I have been to this location a couple times because it’s right next to my work. Every time I have come, I have a terrible experience. The first time I came, I ordered hardshell tacos and the employee said “I don’t know how to make that”…uhhh okay, can you maybe ask someone? Today I came and they only had one meat available, had a line to the door and several people waiting for mobile orders, but there was literally no staff on the line for about 15 minutes. Staff was sweeping, taking temperatures of the food etc. This location really needs some assistance from management.

Seems like most, if not all chipotles have horrible reviews. I went anyways. Take out order was made correctly and neatly.
