Bugs crawling on the counter, blatantly uncleaned surfaces out for the customer to see. Honestly concerning that dominos seems to do zero inspections of their locations. Will be getting my last reward (from a different location due to hygiene concerns) and not returning.

They put limited items on your pizza for the $9.99 price. On my pizza yesterday I counted 4 pieces of chicken and other limited items. Domino's has a Gimmick.

Boy is their pizza gone down in quality we ordered a barbecue sauce chicken with onions, bacon pizza .when I got there I took a bite because I was starving and it was supposed to be made with honey barbecue but my mouth was burning off. I told the guy something was wrong with it and he said he’d have to call the manager. He was gone for about 10 minutes Talking to the manager who said if it wasn’t made wrong I couldn’t get it remade or a refund screw them. Domino’s is crap. Honey barbecue shouldn’t be so spicy that my daughter got sick from it because of her IBS Dominoes is worse than little cesaers. is going down the drain
Hour and half delivery. Looked like pizza was made 2 hours ahead. Box soaked through.

Ordered a pizza on my way to work. Pick it up and drive to work. Open the pizza when I get to work and there was a spider in it. I called to let them know my situation and I hadn’t eaten the pizza and I had pictures of the pizza and spider. They said I can’t prove the spider came from their store and they won’t do anything for me and hung up on me when I asked if that was a serious response…….
Whoever owns this location is an absolute clown of a business owner

Ordered curbside pickup specifically because I am currently having physical difficulty getting in and out of the car. Came after my pizza was marked ready, and right in front of the big windows with my hazards on and was ignored by staff for 10 minutes after checking in online. Only after I opened my door and got out did they rush to grab my pizza. Ended up having to walk in and wait for them to get the sauce they forgot anyway. Once I got home, the XL pizza was cut into 6 slices rather than 8 which I have never seen at a dominos before. Overall not a great experience. I’ll be going to a different store next time.

Ordered delivery tonight and received what I ordered around the time I was told however they forgot the cheesebread I ordered. I called as soon as I realized and he offered a credit or the cheesebread to be delivered I explained I would rather have a refund of the cheesebread but if that's not an option I would like for the cheesebread to be delivered since I bad quite a bit of people to feed. He agreed and I waited. An hour later delivery driver shows up delivers the cheesebread (very nice) apologizes for the inconvenience goes to his car opens both driver door and the back door and urinates right in our driveway mind you my kids and the neighbor kids are all on our trampoline which is in view o
